"Checked in on May 1st, and the prices were already soaring! We stayed in a Mountain View King Room on the third floor. Since it was just two adults with no luggage, the third floor was perfect – quiet, great views, and came with a balcony and a bathtub. The environment was really nice. Honestly, the stay exceeded my expectations. The surroundings are so pleasant, like a huge botanical garden. The shuttle carts prioritize picking up and dropping off guests. All the facilities are family-friendly, like the toiletries and slippers. The only minor thing was that the hot water took a little while to come through. In the morning, we were first in line at Lumingxuan and had breakfast with the giraffes – truly an unforgettable memory!"

"The room was great, the pillows were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect – a really good shower experience overall. The hairdryer was also much better than expected. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the fresh coffee was excellent. Highly recommended! The Ding Lianfang Qianzhangbao (bean curd skin wrap) was just okay, but the Dingsheng Cake, Qingtuan (green rice balls), and Gantiao Mian (dry-tossed noodles) were incredibly delicious."

"I booked a one-bedroom villa, and my butler Lucy gave me a free upgrade to a two-bedroom villa. The moment I walked in, it felt so grand! There's a hot spring pool outside on the basement level. The staff disinfected the pool and filled it with hot spring water beforehand, so I didn't have to do anything. Lucy, the butler, is beautiful and has an excellent service attitude. The next day, she even asked if I slept well and if I was comfortable, telling me to contact her anytime if I had any issues. The area around the villa is quiet and surrounded by lush greenery. Someone comes to clean every day, and all the staff are friendly. Next time, I'd like to book a sea-view room for a different experience."

"An excellent stay! The room was spacious and bright with good ventilation, and thoughtful details like plenty of charging outlets. The front desk staff, Yuan Yuan, patiently answered all my questions and provided attentive service. The location is convenient, and the price is reasonable. "As a five-star hotel, my stay didn't meet expectations. Both the hardware facilities and service details have significant room for improvement. 📍Firstly, the hardware facilities are outdated, and the attention to detail is poor. 1️⃣Poor room experience: There was a noticeable toilet odor in the room, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. I could clearly hear the sound of water pipes and noise from the adjacent room. The family room I booked came with a bunk bed, but the top bunk was uncomfortably low, making it easy to hit your head and posing a safety hazard. The sliding door in the shower had the direction labels reversed, indicating a lack of attention to detail. The balcony door couldn't close properly, affecting both usability and safety. 2️⃣Severely outdated equipment: Electronic devices like the hairdryer and TV were old models, leading to a poor user experience. 3️⃣Disappointing breakfast experience: The breakfast restaurant had a strong greasy smell. After eating, my clothes carried a noticeable odor, which affected dining comfort. 📍Secondly, the service was perfunctory and lacked warmth. While there were no glaring service errors, the entire process felt overly formulaic. From check-in at the front desk and reporting room issues to encountering cleaning staff, the personnel consistently lacked proactive and enthusiastic service awareness, falling short of the service standards expected of a five-star hotel. Overall, the hotel only met basic accommodation standards and showed a clear gap compared to other five-star hotels. I hope the hotel will prioritize facility renovation and service optimization to genuinely enhance the core guest experience."

"There are many B&Bs in this area, and this one is truly great value for money. It's quite close to the South Gate of the ancient town. The B&B even has an elevator 🛗. There's a balcony on the sixth floor where you can wash and dry clothes, and from the terrace, you can see willows and a small river, which is really pleasant. Nanxun is incredibly beautiful, lovely whether it's raining 🌧️ or not. I'll definitely be back!"

"My wife, daughter and I stayed at Longemont Animal World Hotel with three children aged 3-8 for 6 nights. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm and professional service of the hotel staff, especially Ms. Guo Yaping, who answered all our questions and provided us with warm and high-quality services. She helped us a lot and solved the practical issues that we have encountered during our stay. Ms. Jiang Xueli cleaned our room carefully every day, making us feel at home. "The room was spacious. The hotel lobby had penguins and some shows, which are great for toddlers, but older kids might not find them as interesting. The price isn't cheap, and we had to pay an extra 50 yuan for our child's admission. We didn't end up watching any shows inside the entertainment complex. Later, we took a taxi to a wetland park, which was much better – natural, quiet, and comfortable. The entertainment complex was incredibly noisy, with speakers and performers everywhere. The performers felt very amateurish and uninteresting. Our room on the 1907 side didn't quiet down until 10 PM because of a loud music show, making it hard to sleep. The overall experience wasn't great. They even tried to give us a gift at checkout for a good review. To be fair, watching the fireworks across the way from the big lawn next to the hotel was pretty good; the high-altitude fireworks were worth it."

"The B&B is located on a charming old town-style street and offers a free shuttle boat, making its location fantastic! The room is spacious, and while the exterior boasts traditional Huizhou architecture, the interior is surprisingly minimalist white Greek style, which is simple, elegant, and very clean. The private hot spring is in the courtyard, surrounded by large green plants. It's open-air but also features a retractable awning for privacy, offering a great experience. Breakfast is provided through a partnership with a nearby business, and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly and responsive. Parking is convenient, though not free. It costs 35 yuan for 24 hours, which is acceptable."
