第一次在米易住下，遇到這家寶藏花園酒店🏨還在路上，前台小姐姐就打電話詢問我們的到達時間，後來遠遠地看到我們的車駛來，就趕緊出來熱情迎接，幫我們挪開錐形桶，幫我們把行李推進酒店，還貼心地為我們升級了帶院子的房間，真的有賓至如歸之感。房間很寬敞，床品很乾凈，入睡很舒適，早餐也很豐盛。下次來還會選擇“世嘉花園酒店”的！

The service was excellent; upon arrival, we were generously upgraded for free to a spacious deluxe room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable! The room itself was quiet, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hotel is centrally located, surrounded by numerous fantastic local eateries. A special highlight was the Yanbian lamb rice noodles right across from the hotel – it was so delicious I finished every last drop of the soup! There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby, and the area is well-equipped with all essential amenities, making it very convenient to reach the station. In a word: 'superb'! Definitely a five-star rating!

The hotel seems to be in the new district; there was construction on the road next to it, so you had to drive a short distance against the traffic to get in. The underground parking garage is marked, and there are enough parking spaces. The elevator is convenient. The surrounding area is full of small hotels. The room was spacious, with a separate shower and toilet, newly renovated, wooden cabinets, and floors, making it convenient to store belongings. There was a tatami area for tea, which was nice. I booked in advance, and it was supposed to be quiet, but unfortunately, guests checking in around 10 pm were very noisy, so the soundproofing wasn't good; I could hear the water pipes running upstairs. It was okay at night though. The smart toilet was a bit noisy; I honestly think a hotel doesn't need a smart toilet. The receptionist was nice and gave me travel advice. Overall, good service.

The staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel is above the river and its beautiful views go far along the water. It teally is beautiful. There are walkways on each floor so you can walk round the hotel above the eater. The train station is close. I had a few taxis and they all arrived in a few minutes. Its a five minute drive to the Train Station for 6y. The hotel gives very good breakfast and free coffee, milk or Soy milk is free all day and night. Spotlessly clean. Modern and smart.

She went in to clean up while I was having breakfast. Originally, I needed to extend my stay, but I also pressed the ”Do Not Disturb” button at the door. There was only one towel for two days in a row, so I needed to call the front desk again to ask for it. 2. The front desk work is relatively passive: the room card loses its magnet after staying for one night, and you need to run to the front desk to add it again; when it rains, you need to borrow an umbrella from the front desk, and you need to deposit the room card before you can give it to me. I said, ”Excuse me,” and you gave me a room card. How can I get in if I give it to you? 3. Security issues: Especially express delivery can enter and exit at will, and there is no need to swipe a card to enter or exit the elevator. 4. I do not accept the hotel front desk asking customers to cooperate in giving good reviews, thereby misleading customers! To sum up, the hotel hardware is not bad, but the service attitude and quality of the software staff need to be improved. Hotels are asked to face up to the problems and loopholes, take the problems reported by guests with an open mind, and take them seriously, so as to welcome tourists from all over the world with a better attitude and become a new service benchmark for the Panzhihua hotel industry.

Overall it's very good. Let me talk about the disadvantages first. I have sensitive skin. The bedding is fine, but after sitting on the small sofa in the room for a long time, my butt is allergic. I need to correct it and disinfect every place in the room. Let me talk about the advantages. Compared with the Panzhihua hotel I stayed in before, the room size and the corresponding price are very reasonable. The geographical environment is still convenient. For girls, the hair salon and the midnight snack place are not far away. You can walk there in a few minutes. Overall, it is recommended

The room is warm and comfortable, the hotel breakfast is rich and delicious, and there are local rice noodles. This season, Panzhihua to enjoy the flowers, not only the beautiful flowers, but also the icing on the cake of the hotel's clothes, not only makes guests feel that the hotel service is good, but also makes tourists feel that Panzhihua is warm and hospitable!

The front desk responded promptly, the communication was smooth if there was a need, and the service was just right. The supporting options are rich, dinners, leisure and entertainment do not have to go far, the comprehensive price is very high.
