I booked in advance, and it was supposed to be quiet, but unfortunately, guests checking in around 10 pm were very noisy, so the soundproofing wasn't good; I could hear the water pipes running upstairs. It was okay at night though. The smart toilet was a bit noisy; I honestly think a hotel doesn't need a smart toilet. The receptionist was nice and gave me travel advice. Overall, good service.

The location is in the downtown area, the zoo is close, the surrounding eating and parking are convenient, the indoor facilities are complete, there are children's slippers, children's toothbrushes, the beds are comfortable and pet friendly, the reception is good, there are free sticks, the hotel itself is good, the facilities and equipment look like everything, But it is not very easy to use, such as air conditioning and cooling is not good, although the front desk let people debug, but it is useless, it should be too small to bring; the TV can be turned on, but there is no sound, the remote control presses six or seven times to react; After turning on the lights at night, I couldn't turn it off. I pulled out the card and restarted it. Also, the front desk attitude is particularly good, but the room service attitude is slightly worse, with a labor cow and horse grievance.

The staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel is above the river and its beautiful views go far along the water. It teally is beautiful. There are walkways on each floor so you can walk round the hotel above the eater. The train station is close. I had a few taxis and they all arrived in a few minutes. Its a five minute drive to the Train Station for 6y. The hotel gives very good breakfast and free coffee, milk or Soy milk is free all day and night. Spotlessly clean. Modern and smart.

I have come to Panzhihua many times, and this time I stayed at the hotel for the first time. The cleaning is meticulous, there is no dust in the corner, and the bedding is fluffy and soft. The front desk responded promptly, the communication was smooth if there was a need, and the service was just right. The supporting options are rich, dinners, leisure and entertainment do not have to go far, the comprehensive price is very high.

The price is affordable, the room is big, and it's not super good. I stayed here last year and will continue to stay here this year.

Easy to find and accessible by bus from the train station and little walk from the stop. Difficulties checking in as a foreigner with a passport. Room spacious and bathroom was even bigger. Comfortable and bright. Air con was an extra charge, and no fan provided as an alternative as per other hotels. A few eateries within walking distance and a shop, not much else. Would need to take the buses to areas of the city.
