GGuest UserThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent.
The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable.
The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement.
In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special.
Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

MM358461****First off, the room quality was exceptional. The wooden decor felt both luxurious and cozy, and the spacious, open layout with large windows overlooking the city was fantastic. The separate work and lounge areas were a thoughtful touch, making for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Breakfast was an even bigger surprise! The variety was extensive and everything was incredibly fresh—the noodle soup was savory and delicious, and the salads, pastries, and fruits were perfectly balanced in both taste and presentation. I felt completely satisfied for the whole morning after eating.
Overall, from the facilities to the dining details, you could really feel the thoughtfulness put into everything. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to return to!

GGuest UserOutstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot.
The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect!
The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

MM235845****The butler was incredibly thoughtful and friendly, and the hotel environment was excellent. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels due to my neurasthenia, but the bedding here was superb, and the buckwheat pillow was very comfortable, so I slept really well. I even got to see the sunrise in the morning, right outside my door. After watching it, I had breakfast and went back to my room for another nap – it was so relaxing. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. Everyone, from the butler to the aunties in the restaurant, was very friendly. My stay here was a perfect experience.

LLibra_LeeAlthough the decor is dated, the materials used are not cheap. The rooms are exceptionally large, with bedrooms and balconies upstairs for peaceful sunrises and sunsets, and living rooms and bathrooms downstairs. The only drawback is its location in the mountains, making transportation not particularly convenient. Fortunately, it's the off-season, so there are fewer people. The restaurant provides meals at 39 RMB per person per meal, which is excellent value. There are also two adorable deer at the nearby deer camp. The atmosphere here feels like home. Electric blankets are already on when you arrive, and the various thoughtful services are excellent. They'll call you back for dinner when it's time, and if it's windy outside, they'll even bring your meal to your room, making you feel very warm and welcome.

GGuest UserIt was difficult because of the language barrier, but thank you for helping me in real time through WeChat. The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient.
It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. I regret not seeing Blue Tears this time. I will visit again next time I have the chance. Thank you.

GGuest UserMy girlfriend and I recently stayed at ZhongYuan Hotel, and our experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed by the warm and luxurious atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night’s sleep. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little details that made our stay even more special. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend ZhongYuan Hotel. Definitely a five-star experience

SSililankasijujingPingtan Haoxiang Hotel is located on the busiest street in the county. It has an excellent location, rich food around, and is very close to Longwangtou Beach. There is a large supermarket in the basement downstairs. The hotel staff is friendly. Because I arrived early, the front desk helped me check in early if there was a vacancy, and upgraded me to a better room. In addition, the hotel breakfast tastes good, especially the noodle stall. A bowl of noodles in the morning is very comfortable. Thanks to all the hotel staff for making us feel safe and assured when staying in Pingtan.

GGuest UserThe B&B is on the mountainside. I got to experience a stone house and was especially glad to stay here, so I didn't have to run around to see the Blue Tears. The Blue Tears was on a beach 500 meters away from the B&B. It rained on the night we checked in. I was afraid it would be noisy, but it wasn't. I slept very comfortably. However, there are more mosquitoes on the mountain. If you are going to climb the mountain, I suggest that friends who come later bring their own mosquito repellent (there are no mosquitoes in the room). The scenery here is beautiful, not many people, and it is very comfortable to walk around. The weather was not good when we came, and it is not difficult to imagine how beautiful it will be when the weather is sunny!

Mmaggie-uThe locals said that the location is remote, but the hotel facilities are very good, the whole park has a nice view, the room is very large, and the breakfast is quite rich. It is difficult to get a taxi, and the electric car rental cannot be delivered to the door because of the remote location. But it is quiet, and I think families with children can choose this place
