The hygiene was excellent, and the service was very thoughtful. We arrived quite late, but they had already turned on the electric blanket for us and waited up. It was incredibly kind of them. The freshly made pancakes for breakfast were also delicious. It's really nice to just wander around the village; you don't even need to go to the paid attractions.

I took my child to this hot spring resort during the holiday, and this hotel is definitely one of the best I've ever stayed at. It made me feel right at home. From the pre-arrival call to check-out, every step was handled perfectly. I booked a private hot spring room, which was huge, about 80 square meters. The hot spring tub could easily fit eight or nine people. At check-in, the front desk gave my child some snacks and bath balls. The hot spring water was amazing, around 40 degrees Celsius – perfect for a soak. My child didn't want to leave! Luckily, it's nearby. I'll definitely bring my child back during the Chinese New Year. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it!

Homestay run by a young man and his father. Room is spacious and clean. No eateries nearby as this place was up on a hill, menu available to order meals fr homestay, price is reasonable and quite delicious. We enjoyed our stay here, kids like it too as it was an unique experience to stay underground. Will recommend this place.

Facilities: too old, toilet does not work properly, shower is small and splashes everywhere, water is not hot (don't the staff check the equipment?). Think about staying for just one night and leaving, and it’s the Spring Festival, so there are few waiters, so let’s understand each other. Hygiene: General Service: During the Spring Festival, eating should be a headache for most tourists. Many restaurants are closed or only accept reservations for Spring Festival set meals, and with few people, the set meals cannot be finished. When we arrived at the hotel, we happened to meet the restaurant manager. After hearing about our situation, he immediately helped us arrange a la carte meals. I would like to express my gratitude here, as this made our stay at the hotel not particularly bad.

Staying in this hotel is just one word, value! The location is great, there are all food, drink and fun around, and the traffic is convenient. The front desk service was super welcoming and the check-in was fast and smooth. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was soft, the sleep was very fragrant, and the soundproofing was good. The supporting facilities are very complete, the breakfast buffet is rich in style and the taste is not bad. Check out can be delayed, and the experience is directly full. When I checked in, it was crowded, mostly with people coming to the hotel to shower before the holiday. The staff patiently explained the precautions to everyone. There was a small hiccup, but the handsome receptionist was very patient and helped resolve it, even giving me a breakfast voucher – very thoughtful. Before I left, he gave me a ”Fu” character (福, meaning good fortune) and couplets, personally seeing me off at the door. The hotel's exterior is a Western-style building with beautiful Roman columns. The location is great, convenient for getting around, and there are local restaurants on the pedestrian street next door. The hotel rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and the shower water pressure is excellent – ​​very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.

The room was very clean and quite large. There were free midnight snacks and coffee, as well as free clothing. The parking lot was also large. The front desk ladies were also very welcoming. They provided small clips, rubber bands, and small bags of laundry detergent in the lobby. They were very considerate and heartwarming. So I stayed another night with my friend.
