SSean DanielI love coming to Lingbao every year to slow down the pace of life. I consider the Lingbao natives at the front desk—Xiao Niu, Xiao Ma, Xiao Shi, Xiao Yu, Xiao Yuan (Xiao Juan—the most enthusiastic and loving one, with a voice and expressions that sounded almost like she was being pleading, it's a pity she's gone, it feels like a unique personality is missing)—as friends and family. They and the housekeepers provide excellent service. The room is as clean and tidy as ever. They generously provide me with coffee every day. Xiao Shi is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I accidentally left my cup behind and forgot to take it, but he still took the time to mail it to my address in Singapore and helped me fill out all the necessary information. Xiao Shi, thank you so much! I'll definitely treat you to a meal next time I stay. The only small problem is that someone knocked on the door this morning to ask for cleaning, while I was still asleep. Xiao Ma, I messaged them to have the room cleaned in the afternoon, but they came knocking again the next day. Xiao Ma, it seems you don't care about my request, so I had to speak to the housekeeping staff myself. Little Ma, like I said in my previous review, your service attitude is enthusiastic, but the expression on your face shows reluctance. If you weren't wearing makeup, you look haggard and often appear exhausted. It's not your fault, I just like teasing you... Hahahahahaha

BBob068The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.

GGuest UserWhen I stayed at the Sanmenxia Tianzi Hotel, I didn't know whether it had the design elements of the Macao hotel, but I still felt its luxurious style: the rooms were spacious and the furnishings were exquisite, making people feel warm, refreshing and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and fast flow. We decided to extend the stay to four days with high-quality enjoyment at an affordable price. The lobby manager enthusiastically gave us a discount and gave us breakfast as a gift for the third person. Breakfast was at the Yanhui Hall. The sumptuous meal was no less than a buffet at a five-star airport hotel. The handsome manager of the beverage department personally serves the guests. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe, and several security guards are on duty day and night. Also helps guests with their luggage. The cleaning staff carefully cleans the room and replenishes supplies every day.
Our trip to Sanmenxia made us deeply feel the hospitality and sincerity of the beautiful Henan people. It must be rated five stars.

Not only is the reception at the hotel’s front desk friendly and the check-in is quick, but the housekeeping aunt is also very good at cleaning.
