GGuest UserThe room was clean and the facilities were classical and simple, and the famous porridge house in Yima was downstairs. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. When I checked out, the headset fell in the room and immediately called to inform. The service attitude has nothing to say, it is very good.

GGuest UserThis hotel is worth staying in, with a good environment, complete facilities and excellent service. You can eat unlimited Siheshan apples for free. The breakfast is also great and the price is reasonable. I will come again next time.

BBob068The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.

The hotel is in the center of the county, not far from the highway intersection, has its own underground parking lot, and there are many slow charging piles, which are not seen in luxury hotels. The room is simple Chinese decoration, new facilities, complete, smart, no problem in terms of hygiene, good sound insulation, heating and air conditioning. The service is also very good!

GGuest UserObjectively speaking, the hotel has been renovated, the rooms are very clean, the bedding is clean, and the bathroom has no odor. The breakfast is also good. However, the front desk staff are very unprofessional and seem to have no training. I booked a standard room for two people, but they only gave me one room key. When my family went to get breakfast, the room had no electricity, and the toilet couldn't be flushed after use. How embarrassing! When I checked out, I mentioned this to the front desk, but they kept making excuses, saying they only gave one room key, and their attitude was extremely poor. I had no choice but to give them a bad review. For a hotel that has invested so much, can't they provide systematic training for their front desk staff? Also, they require a deposit. What era are we living in? Still requiring a deposit? 🤭

The sanitation is particularly in place, there is no smell in the room, the facilities are also very new, the parent-child room is very cute, and the children like it as soon as they enter the door. The front desk service was also very intimate, and we also prepared children's toiletries. The environment was also very quiet. It was not noisy to live with the baby. It was recommended to families with the baby!
