My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff.
First of all, the location of the hotel is very superior, the transportation is convenient, there are many attractions and restaurants around, very suitable for tourism and business travel. The rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, comfortable beds, clean and tidy bathrooms, and all facilities are well maintained. Especially worth coming again

GGuest UserThe room was clean and the facilities were classical and simple, and the famous porridge house in Yima was downstairs. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. When I checked out, the headset fell in the room and immediately called to inform. The service attitude has nothing to say, it is very good.

It is strategically located close to the entrance and exit of Lianhuo Expressway, the county government, and the commercial pedestrian street. The hotel is built in a new Chinese style. The log color, woven lights and ink screens in the lobby show the oriental Zen. The rooms are simple and warm, and the stay is comfortable.

GGuest UserObjectively speaking, the hotel has been renovated, the rooms are very clean, the bedding is clean, and the bathroom has no odor. The breakfast is also good. However, the front desk staff are very unprofessional and seem to have no training. I booked a standard room for two people, but they only gave me one room key. When my family went to get breakfast, the room had no electricity, and the toilet couldn't be flushed after use. How embarrassing! When I checked out, I mentioned this to the front desk, but they kept making excuses, saying they only gave one room key, and their attitude was extremely poor. I had no choice but to give them a bad review. For a hotel that has invested so much, can't they provide systematic training for their front desk staff? Also, they require a deposit. What era are we living in? Still requiring a deposit? 🤭

Nestled halfway up the mountain, it felt like living inside a landscape painting, with clouds and mountains visible from every window. It happened to be snowing when I visited, making the scenery even more beautiful. The service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively upgraded my room. The room was quiet and comfortable, with high-quality facilities. Perfect for those who want to completely relax and escape the hustle and bustle. Absolutely fantastic!
