Shihezi Hotels with Breakfast

I was on a business trip in Shihezi and saw that a new Zhefei Hotel had opened in 2024. Since the experience of staying at Zhefei Hotel in other cities was very good, I chose Zhefei Hotel without hesitation. Check-in was on August 25 and check-out was on August 31. Due to price fluctuations, the booking was divided into three orders. I tried two room types, Chunxiang and Feifan. Facilities: I personally feel that the room type is not as big as those in other cities, and the rooms in the special rooms are very small. Of course, this is just my personal feeling and is for reference only. The water pressure in the hotel is very low, especially in the morning and at certain times in the evening. The hotel only has one elevator, and during busy morning hours, the waiting time to go up and down the stairs is quite long. In other cities, any room type at Zhefei will be given two packs of drip coffee every day. However, the two room types we stayed in Shihezi were equipped with electric hand-brewing kettles, but no drip coffee. Environment: There are main roads and residential areas in front and behind the hotel. There is a parking lot downstairs from the room I stayed in, and cars honked occasionally. Service: Thank you boss for the free breakfast. The hotel staff are also very friendly and have a good attitude. But there are also some unsatisfactory aspects. I stayed for six days and was only given three welcome coffee coupons, and was refused when I asked for them on the fourth day. The coffee coupons given can only be exchanged for American coffee that has already been brewed in a kettle. In other cities, you can choose freshly brewed American coffee or espresso. My request to exchange for espresso was not rejected, but I was told that in principle espresso would be charged extra. During this period, I also bought latte. The cup was very small, estimated to be around 180ml, and the price was 18 yuan. There was no barista in the hotel, and he didn't know how to make milk or latte art. I didn't like the taste of the latte he made. To sum up, if you are on a business trip and you are used to the taste of breakfast and have no requirements for coffee, then Shihezi Zhefei is a good choice.

This stay was particularly satisfactory, the hotel environment was clean and atmospheric, the room was well lit, and the hygiene was meticulous. The comfort of the mattress pillow is perfect, the sound insulation is superb at night, and it is not noisy at all. The staff is polite, the attitude is particularly good, the surrounding facilities are also very perfect, the price is absolutely perfect, it has been collected, and I will choose this one next time!

Good location, suitable for resting on the way. Opposite is the park, very close to Shihezi University. Stayed for two days, breakfast was very poor, ended at 11 o'clock, and the actual 10 o'clock was no longer added. Milk is made of milk powder, this is Xinjiang. The first day was less than ten o'clock, and I didn't add it. The next day, I asked again, and I actually said that it was sent by the dairy farmer. The daily supply was limited, and there was no more. Checked in before 4 pm, and found out that there was no curtain in the bathroom and the bathtub leaked. Contact the front desk, the front desk replied that there is no curtain. I asked her to verify it herself. Then told me that the curtains were indeed broken and removed. I also argued that the room did not notify the front desk. Asked the front desk the next day, still insisted that she didn't know. The internal management of the hotel is chaotic. The Wenzhou cuisine on the second floor of the hotel is good and worth a try!

Last min booking due to change in travel plans and we checked in really late like 11.30pm and the staffs were very helpful and speedy and their registration for us. Theres a mini mart next door and diagonally across the road there’s beef noodles.

I chose Hanting for my first business trip to Shihezi, Xinjiang. I was impressed not only by the delicious food and beautiful scenery, but also by the warm culture. Due to the rush of the business trip, I forgot to bring some clothes. I would like to thank the cleaning lady for her attentiveness during the inspection and the young lady with the WeChat name Ajun (I forgot to ask her name) for notifying me in time and helping me mail the clothes. I felt their professionalism and enthusiasm and it was a very satisfying experience. I give Hanting a thumbs up!

The check-in experience was quite pleasant. The wind-moving wall in the hotel lobby was particularly beautiful, and the shiny atmosphere was full. At first, I was curious about what the device was. I asked the front desk to know that it was called the wind-moving wall. It was very design. The room was cleaned, the bedding was comfortable, the soundproofing was good, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out were very smooth, the parking was convenient, and I would come again next time.

There is a large garden, which is covered with snow in winter. The environment is quite good. It has become a paradise for children to play in the snow. However, the security guard is very fierce. She would stop the children from playing in the snow. I don’t know what bothered her. It’s New Year’s Day, and she is a bit unfriendly.

The value for money is amazing! The room was clean and bright, the bed was super comfortable, and it's right next to a shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The service was also very friendly, and there's free parking downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Pretty much as good as what you can expect for the price. Beds are typically suited for Chinese preferences (hard) and lifts are slow, but overall good experience.
