GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! The guesthouse's location is incredibly convenient, close to attractions, shopping areas, and the high-speed rail station, making travel super easy.
The lobby and rooms were newly renovated and very clean and tidy. The modern/cozy decor rivals that of a star-rated hotel. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly. The view from the window was amazing, overlooking the 5,000-year-old cultural expo park.
The owner was warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out quickly and providing helpful travel advice. Room service was responsive, addressing any needs promptly. The Wi-Fi was fast, the air conditioning was powerful, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of good quality. The guesthouse has a reading room, recreational facilities like billiards and chess, and a kitchen with standard tableware is provided for those who enjoy cooking. A perfect experience!
I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Taihu Lake! I'll also recommend it to my friends!

The hotel’s decoration style is very high-end, and it is one of the better e-sports hotels I have stayed in the Yangtze River Delta region. There is a washing machine in the public area on the second floor of the hotel, and the ceiling of the corridor uses very expensive sky lights. The room is fully equipped with Xiaomi smart devices, including a double-door refrigerator and a TV. It is so convenient and suitable for living here for a few weeks. The computer also has an RTX4060 graphics card, which can run basically all the games on the market. PS5 and Switch can also be played for free. A computer with all these features will cost tens of thousands of yuan. I will stay here again next time I return to Taihu.

KKK5145This time I stayed at the Vienna Hotel in Taihu Lake and the experience was full! What surprised me most was the beauty Chen at the front desk. She smiled at the whole process and was very infectious. She spoke softly and kindly. She was quick and efficient when checking in. She also took the initiative to help us check the order details for fear of missing any needs.
Knowing that we were the first time to play in Taihu Lake, she took out the paper and pen, and marked the routes of the surrounding must-visit attractions, local specialty restaurants in detail, and even reminded the best time to visit the scenic spot and parking precautions, which was more meticulous than the guide. During the period, there were other guests to consult questions, and she always responded in time. She was always enthusiastic and did not slack off. It was professional and warm, and we felt at home in an instant.
The hotel itself is also very good, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the lobby is decorated and warm, the room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good to sleep until dawn. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the taste is very authentic, which can meet the needs of different people. But I have to say that Chen Meimei's quality service is the finishing touch of this stay. If you have the opportunity to come to Taihu Lake again, you must choose this hotel!

GGuest UserThere are very few pet-friendly hotels in Taihu County. This is probably the only pet-friendly B&B with a good environment and cleanliness. The location of the hotel is relatively quiet, and the facilities are more in line with the price...but the breakfast is a bit monotonous...but it is worth the price...if there is one Next time, I will book this hotel again...
