GGuest UserThe scenery at the entrance of the hotel is particularly good, and the surrounding environment is great. It is suitable for staying at home for a while on weekends. Especially the front desk lady is enthusiastic and patient, give her a thumbs up 👍 I will stay here again next time I come to Huating Lake.

VVae920Shudu Bear E-sports Hotel (Taihu Branch) really exceeded expectations! Four of our friends stayed in a luxury e-sports four-person black suite. The room was spacious and bright, the hygiene was very good, and there was no smell at all. The computer configuration is very high, the graphics card and monitor are very powerful, the game frame rate is stable, and the experience is full. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the demand response is very fast. The environment is also very quiet, which does not affect the focus of opening the black at all. High cost performance, highly recommended to all e-sports enthusiasts!

KKK5145This time I stayed at the Vienna Hotel in Taihu Lake and the experience was full! What surprised me most was the beauty Chen at the front desk. She smiled at the whole process and was very infectious. She spoke softly and kindly. She was quick and efficient when checking in. She also took the initiative to help us check the order details for fear of missing any needs.
Knowing that we were the first time to play in Taihu Lake, she took out the paper and pen, and marked the routes of the surrounding must-visit attractions, local specialty restaurants in detail, and even reminded the best time to visit the scenic spot and parking precautions, which was more meticulous than the guide. During the period, there were other guests to consult questions, and she always responded in time. She was always enthusiastic and did not slack off. It was professional and warm, and we felt at home in an instant.
The hotel itself is also very good, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the lobby is decorated and warm, the room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good to sleep until dawn. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the taste is very authentic, which can meet the needs of different people. But I have to say that Chen Meimei's quality service is the finishing touch of this stay. If you have the opportunity to come to Taihu Lake again, you must choose this hotel!

GGuest UserThere are very few pet-friendly hotels in Taihu County. This is probably the only pet-friendly B&B with a good environment and cleanliness. The location of the hotel is relatively quiet, and the facilities are more in line with the price...but the breakfast is a bit monotonous...but it is worth the price...if there is one Next time, I will book this hotel again...
