This family trip was a fantastic experience! The receptionist was incredibly friendly and attentive, resolving any issues promptly and patiently. They even upgraded our room free of charge, which was perfect for our toddler learning to walk. The room was spacious and truly wonderful. It was spotless and well-equipped, and the little robot that delivered food and supplies was adorable. Everyone was very satisfied with our stay. The overall environment was quiet and cozy, offering excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip. Highly recommended!

The staff is wonderful, very professional and more than helpful and welcoming. We took the advantage of using the in-house bath and relaxing rooms. Also here the staff was helpful as it was our first time in a chinsese bath house. The pool area is separated in men and women. The rooms are clean, beautifully designed but standard equipment. They can store your bicycle inside if you travel by bike.

Fantastic stay, checked in was quick with no issues which was welcome after a rainy ride in. I stayed an extra day but made a mistake with my booking which 闫海云 promptly sorted for me. I’ll stay again next time I’m in this neck of the woods.
