GGuest UserThis family trip was a fantastic experience! The receptionist was incredibly friendly and attentive, resolving any issues promptly and patiently. They even upgraded our room free of charge, which was perfect for our toddler learning to walk. The room was spacious and truly wonderful. It was spotless and well-equipped, and the little robot that delivered food and supplies was adorable. Everyone was very satisfied with our stay. The overall environment was quiet and cozy, offering excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip. Highly recommended!

Hygiene: Hygiene is very good. I checked the corner of the room and didn't see any debris left behind.
Environment: The hotel has convenient parking and a variety of restaurants nearby.
Service: The front desk staff are professional and enthusiastic, and the cleaning staff are serious and responsible.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel rooms and facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the hotel equipment is also very good. It has everything you need. The service of this hotel is very considerate and meticulous. This is our first time traveling to Xilinhot. We are not familiar with the local conditions. The lobby manager Batu patiently introduced and recommended Some places worth visiting and precautions also helped us avoid many detours. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserAfter dinner in the evening, I returned to the hotel and it was super easy. The room was clean and quiet. The bedding and toiletries were of high quality. Compared with many, the price/performance ratio of this hotel is really ceiling! Service and facilities are not discounted at all. The room is spacious and bright, the air conditioning is fast, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the towels and bath towels are white and soft. The front desk attitude is also very good and responsive.

We took the advantage of using the in-house bath and relaxing rooms. Also here the staff was helpful as it was our first time in a chinsese bath house.
The pool area is separated in men and women. The rooms are clean, beautifully designed but standard equipment. They can store your bicycle inside if you travel by bike.
