The room was newly renovated with excellent facilities, making life very convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel also has a dedicated parking lot, which makes coming and going easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered complimentary black tea.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was quick. The location is convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience and worth coming back to!

Everything is pretty good. The environment is quite consistent with the price. It’s just that the bathroom door handle of the room I stayed in was broken. After the door was closed, it couldn’t be opened from the inside. A friend of Tong Tong was locked inside in the middle of the night.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and felt that the hotel service was amazing. I was embarrassed because my Chinese is bad, but the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very thorough. The facilities were good and the pool staff were helpful too. Sadly, when we ate in the restaurant we got food poisoning, we think because we are not used to the local food/water. We were very sick but when the staff found out they went above and beyond to help us. They cleaned our room, gave us lots of food and drinks, and offered to take us to the hospital even. Before we got sick, we hired a car and they sent us out with a driver and someone to translate. Nico He was amazing, very helpful and even had her sister help to translate. We were lucky to stay at a hotel with great staff who seemed to really care. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to any other foreign travelers.

The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the lighting was soft and comfortable, and the service was very good. The front desk lady helped me upgrade the room with a massage chair for free. After a day of fatigue, I returned to the hotel and pressed a motorcycle. All the fatigue was gone. Happy 🥳 So basically every time I come to Lijiang, I will choose Wei Also Na!

A hotel that is very online in all aspects! Butler Xiao Wu's service is professional and warm, the health is particularly meticulous, and the living is safe and comfortable. Outside the window is the river view. After dinner, go along the river with a walk and the atmosphere is full. The surrounding shopping malls are fully furnished. It is suitable for travel or small stay. I really recommend it!

The hygiene is good and it's quiet. Special thanks to Xiao Guo at the front desk and the other ladies; their service attitude is excellent and they are very professional. I will definitely stay here again next time. Five-star rating across the board.

It's a very good hotel with high cost performance in terms of hygiene, environment, service and facilities. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a big restaurant next to the hotel with good food. The meatball soup is very good!

I stayed there for two days in total. I went out the next morning and when I came back, I found that an auntie had come in to clean the room. If you knock on the door and no one is inside, they probably won't come to clean. And they left their phone number. If you don't know whether you want them to clean, you can call and ask. I felt really offended and my privacy was violated if I went in directly. I called the front desk to report this matter, but the front desk attitude was very bad. We said that we should get our consent before they can come in to clean. The front desk asked if there was anything missing, meaning that if there was nothing missing, it was not a big deal. Do they have to deal with it only if there is something missing? Is the guest's privacy not private? What's the point of leaving the phone number? Is it just for decoration?
