Highly recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the ventilation and soundproofing were excellent, making for a great stay. A special bonus was the self-service ice machine; being able to get ice anytime significantly boosted my happiness during my summer stay. Such a thoughtful detail. The overall facilities are excellent, and the service is attentive. It's perfect for both tourism and short trips, definitely worth coming back to!

This stay was great! The location of the hotel is very good, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the sleep was very stable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, the sanitation is very meticulous, the facilities are complete and easy to use, the price is very high, I will choose this next time, highly recommended!

This was our third stay at the hotel. You can’t beat the location. While the same line of hotels has a newer, larger or more glamorous location near Rainbow Island… This one’s in the heart of the city and just makes so much more sense for ease of access to activities throughout the day. All The food and night market access within 5 min walk. Park and river within 5 mins. The mall across the street has activities for kids (roller skating, swimming, arcade etc). Taxi’s and didi’s are easy to come by. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. Daily room cleanings any time of day. Breakfast is delish (noodles 😍). Ad the work out facility in the basement is a full gym!! Easy to get delivery too!

The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the lighting was soft and comfortable, and the service was very good. The front desk lady helped me upgrade the room with a massage chair for free. After a day of fatigue, I returned to the hotel and pressed a motorcycle. All the fatigue was gone. Happy 🥳 So basically every time I come to Lijiang, I will choose Wei Also Na!

Retro style and decoration from 20 years ago. There was a super musty smell when I entered the room. The front desk asked me to move to a room on the 11th floor, where the smell was even worse. Changed back to the 10th floor. There is a cabinet air conditioner in the room. The light of the air conditioner is particularly bright when the lights are turned off at night, and the light of the TV is also bright. Don't know how to turn it off. It shares the same lobby with another hotel, so it's easy to get confused.

When I checked into the hotel that day, it was very hot outside. I also took two children. I just arrived at the door. The hotel staff may have seen my embarrassment. I immediately came to help me push the door and help me carry my luggage. Then I gave me two bottles of room temperature water. The front desk lady was very intimate and afraid that I would give it during my physiological period. The room temperature water check-in is also very fast. There are more luggage. The front desk staff assisted me with the luggage and sent it to the door of the room. It was really intimate. The children were noisy. The staff has been helping me. Outside the window is the river view. After dinner, go along the river with a walk and the atmosphere is full. The surrounding shopping malls are fully furnished. It is suitable for travel or small stay. I really recommend it!
