Zhuji Hotels with Breakfast

This guesthouse is absolutely the top choice for a family weekend getaway! It's clean, hygienic, and the food is incredibly fresh, with all the vegetables picked from the fields on the same day – absolutely delicious! 👍🏻 The housekeeper is exceptionally thoughtful, providing truly attentive service and always willing to help. They accompanied the children while picking vegetables and took great care of the elderly. We will definitely choose to stay at Yaojia again in the future! 💕

Ji Hotel surprised me with their excellent design, modern yet hip & you have got more than you bargained for. Not just the aesthetics which is highly appealing but the comfort of its sofa chairs & round balcony table which can be used as a coffee cum desk table. Well equipped & well spaced with just about enough for everything. Newly opened but I believe that the front desk personnel needs to be better trained to handle foreigners (or are they very new without a supervisor in attendance?)as we have been subjected to the inconvenience of producing our passports to them for photocopying during check in & subsequently the very next day. Certainly, they lack professionalism in this regard.

This hotel totally exceeded my expectations! The hotel's environment is quiet and pleasant. Both the indoor green plant arrangement and the outdoor garden landscape are full of vitality and beauty. The facilities in the room are not only complete but also of extremely high quality. From the soft mattress to the high-end toiletries, you can feel the hotel's attentiveness. The hotel also provides a wealth of entertainment facilities, including a fitness center and a swimming pool, which made my journey more colorful. The service attitude of the staff is also very good, enthusiastic and professional. It is really an impeccable hotel!

The hotel environment is quite good, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. All the staff were enthusiastic and any issues were resolved promptly. It's great value for money, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I recommend it to everyone.

I've always stayed at the Hilton every time I went back to Zhuji. I'm thinking about checking in at Yunmanju this time. I just checked out, and here's a few things to share: 1. The hotel's overall environment is nice. The gardens and landscaping are quite impressive, showing meticulous care and a high level of aesthetic taste. While the rooms are simply decorated, they're not dull. The materials and amenities are good. The toiletries aren't brand-name; they're quite ordinary. The hair dryer is a Dyson imitation, the toilet is a Kohler smart, and the basin and faucet are likely other generic brands. It happened to rain during my stay, which made the air feel nice and the spring greenery lush. It was a great place to relax. 2. The environment and amenities are quite nice, but the service is a letdown: This hotel's management and service feel like they're putting on a brave face. It looks like they have everything, but they often offer things you don't need, and they don't provide what you need. 1) I checked in at 7 PM, and it took 30 minutes to get through to the front desk. I wanted a latex pillow, but they didn't have one. 2) Breakfast was a pre-packaged portion per person, with no options. It consisted of half a head of corn, a boiled egg, a piece of cake, a few slices of watermelon, a bowl of white fungus, and a bowl of noodles. The white fungus soup was delicious. Since I don't eat cake or fruit, I asked for another bowl of white fungus soup, but they said they didn't have any. My meal time was before 8 AM, so I only made two bowls. 3) When I asked why my room didn't have a bathrobe, they said they only provided bathrobes in higher-priced rooms (I booked a Duyun Room on Ctrip, and they upgraded me to a Duyun Balcony Room). This was completely shocking; this was the first time I'd heard of a hotel providing bathrobes depending on the room rate. 4) The room also supposedly included the first complimentary mini-bar (a grapefruit juice, a Yuanqi water, or something like that, and two 250ml bottles of Baishuishan mineral water), a small bucket of potato chips, two bags of Three Squirrels Daily Nuts, tea bags, drip coffee, and more. (There was no capsule coffee machine.) There was also a large, approximately 1L bottle of Baishuishan mineral water. After I finished drinking the mineral water, I asked for more, but the hotel said they charge for it. It's just regular mineral water. Is that necessary? 3. Also, there's a sign in the hotel lobby: It basically says the hotel area is for consumption, so if you don't want to spend money, don't come here. Ugh... are all artists so petty? Last night, I had planned to stay with friends for a few days during the Qingming Festival holiday. Now I'm thinking Hilton or Parkview Green. At least their service is top-notch, and they won't get mad at you over a few bottles of mineral water. Many hotels even offer mineral water upon check-out. Hot tea upon arrival, water upon departure. Are you really that aloof?

The Hilton Zhuji is centrally located in the city, close to Xishi's Hometown and commercial districts, making it convenient for taxis and self-driving. The underground parking has ample spaces, ensuring smooth parking. The high-altitude lobby offers stunning views from its floor-to-ceiling windows, and the design incorporates Xishi culture, making for great photos. Wendy, a staff member, provided very attentive service. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. All staff, including front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and F&B, were enthusiastic and responded quickly to requests. They assisted with itinerary planning and luggage storage, and were flexible with late check-out arrangements. The service was thoughtful and warm. The high-floor rooms are spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering river and city views. Soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's rest. Housekeeping was meticulous. The Hilton Serenity bed was very comfortable. Blackout curtains, quiet air conditioning, a high-pressure, quick-heating shower, good quality toiletries, a smart toilet, ample outlets, and stable, high-speed WiFi were all well-equipped. Seasonal welcome fruits were provided upon arrival, and daily room tidying and amenity replenishment were very thoughtful. The buffet breakfast offered a complete selection of Chinese and Western dishes, including Western pastries and desserts, as well as local Zhuji specialties like Ciwu noodles. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was excellent. The Cloud Chinese Restaurant served authentic local dishes. The lobby bar's afternoon tea and the buffet dinner offered a wide variety and good value for money. The hotel also features a well-equipped 24-hour gym and a heated swimming pool with comfortable water quality and temperature. The parent-child rooms are playfully decorated, perfect for families with kids. Large banquet halls and an outdoor terrace are available for weddings and team-building events. It's suitable for business trips, family vacations, and entertaining relatives and friends. The hardware, service, views, dining, and facilities all performed exceptionally well, and the stay far exceeded expectations. It's an unparalleled choice for accommodation in Zhuji, highly recommended. Thanks, Wendy!

The environment is tranquil with lush green mountains and fresh air. There are plenty of activities for families with children, making for a truly comfortable stay. I must give a special shout-out to Butler YaYa! Their attitude was superb – gentle, patient, and always willing to help. They responded incredibly fast and were attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

There is a Hema Fresh near the hotel, which is very convenient. The room is clean and the environment is good. There is also a disposable vending machine on the first floor, which is very convenient. Because of special circumstances, the front desk helped to delay the service. Good service

I stayed a few times and the facilities in the room are very complete. The room is very clean and tidy when I look inside. The front desk staff are also very good. If you need anything, they can help and reply in time. Overall, I feel good. The location belongs to the city center. It is very close to the Passenger Transport Center, Grand Theater and Science and Technology Museum. It is a 5-minute walk. It is great. Wanfeng is also there for eating, playing and shopping. It is super convenient.

The hotel is around Wanda plaza which is ok for shopping and having some food besides Wanda there was no other interesting places in the vicinity but city center is 3 or 4 KM away from the Hotel . The staff knew how to register foreigners there and did not ask many annoying questions which was good . my overall impression is ok . The parking was for free .
