GGuest UserLocated 15 minutes walk from Emma Bridge and 5 minutes from the natural rif mangrove reserve.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and light. Breakfast was simple and efficient. Only small hike, the buffet supplies are not quick enough. We were also in the hotel's parking area and we found the place every evening.
Only a small bemol in the bathroom, it lacks a shower apple or a shower cockpit.
I recommend the hotel.
李李Just arrived at the dinner, the taste is OK. Expensive, breakfast is not willing to eat. This room basically does not require an extra bed. The standard rooms are basically two double beds. It is not very convenient for Chinese hot water, so children should consider what they drink. There are many restaurants on the other side of the bridge. McDonald's Bacon is better than domestic (”・ω・””嘿
MMENGYANI rarely comment on hotels. I really have to say this time. First of all, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the afternoon. We have n’t checked in yet. We waited until 4 o'clock! The efficiency is too slow. The second is that the alarm bell sounded at 5 o'clock in the morning on the second day of the check-in. At that time, I was sleeping soundly, and was suddenly awakened by fright. Then it sounded again at more than 6 o'clock, and then again at noon. , People are really going crazy! Then there was no explanation! Hey, this stay is terrible
GGuest UserReserved and paid rooms in trip application . At the arrival at the hotel . at the reception I asked to leave a deposit of $150 per room for a separate guarantee.

KKrazee MikeLocation is the star here. The hotel sits right at the doorstep of the Queen Emma Bridge — the iconic floating pontoon bridge — with easy access to the Handelskade waterfront and Rif Fort Village. It’s immediately recognizable as part of the Willemstad skyline, easy to find, and walkable to the historic canal area and fort. If you want to be in the heart of it all, this delivers.
The rooms and hotel overall feel dated but functional — comfortable enough for a base camp, nothing more. The one notable issue: the shower had a periodic sewer smell that was hard to ignore.
Breakfast is included, which is a nice perk, but don’t expect variety — the selection is limited and won’t wow anyone.
Bottom line: The location alone makes this worth considering, especially for travelers who want to explore Willemstad on foot. Just go in with modest expectations for the rooms and breakfast, and you’ll leave satisfied.
