"A great hotel with a beautiful location in the center. There is a spacious interior courtyard and a recreation area. The breakfast was very dense and delicious. Clean room 10 out of 10, no complaints. There was also a big TV, although I don 't need it, a small refrigerator and a safe. I will definitely return here when I am in Tallinn."

KkakacoolJust one night at Mecure Tallin, but really be impressed. Warm welcome by Reception staff ”Margot” she's so cheerful ,sincere, efficient & helpful to assist in checkin & offer big help to us. So my friend & I could be early check-in after a very long hall flight (over 15hrs). Really appreciated. Room is neat & tidy with nice view. Hotel is so close to airport, walking distance around 7mins. A no.2 Bus stop is just a min distance from hotel main door, easy access to the town. Only the bathroom for taking shower is too small, other than that is perfect. Will definitely come stay again next time in Tallin. Thanks Margot's hospitality once again for making our first trip in Tallin a very good beginning & memorable.

GGuest UserAs many of the other reviews pointed out, the photos of the room were not wholly accurate. My room seemed pretty outdated and was quite dark too. Take note: the curtains do not cover the entire length of the windows, so sunlight flooded the room from 6am in April, so I wouldn’t recommend in the Summer months when daylight is longer. The shower curtain does not go all the way down and water easily escapes so the entire bathroom floor will be wet after you shower. I was very creeped out by the dark ominous hallways with huge room number signs and random music playing at certain times of the day. Other than that, the room was clean enough and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a mini fridge and that they changed the towels everyday. There is body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but when I stayed there was no shampoo or conditioner at all and they didn’t top it up either throughout my stay. I accidentally left behind a card in my room after checking out and politely asked if they could help mail it to the neighbouring city I had moved on to, but they asked 20€ for it which I felt was quite unreasonable and they were rude about it too.

GGuest UserDear sirs, Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all, how we could fit that room???? Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!! Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ?? Thanks in advacne, Brgds,Petri kalkkinen

WwanderingmumSecond time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

MMeganNo kettle no desk, but the design was sleek and modern. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea. No slippers provided (ostensibly for sustainability but the tiled bathroom was freezing). Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower. The room heater wasn’t terribly warm, overall the room temperature stayed stubbornly at 23 degrees (definitely colder at some spots) and still chilly for tropical natives like me. It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow. Without the spikes I had with me to pull onto my boots, I would have no doubt fallen a few times. The staff were overall pleasant and professional. There’s a map provided of the main attractions as well. If you do succeed at getting a cab, there is a driveway adjacent so the driver can pick you up from the hotel itself. Not too far a walk from the old town - about 20-30 minutes.

DDennis 陈It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested. The saving grace is the good comfy bed. Room is spacious.

GGuest UserБываем в этом отеле более 10 лет. Сегодня - этот отель очень отличаются от 2022 (довоенного). Что изменилось. Уборка номера раз в несколько дней. Если хочешь каждый день - нужно оплатить. Убрали теплый пол. Высушить халат или полотенце - невозможно - нет полотенцесушителя. Экономия на каждом шагу. На завтраке теперь нет, ни вкусных сыров бри, ни лосося. Бассейн, который был на улице, теперь закрыт. В общем, это уже не тот отель, что был несколько лет назад.

SStef T.The location is great, it’s at the edge of the old town so most of the places in the city centre are within working distance. Cleanliness can be improved though - there was some long hair in the bed… Breakfast is very basic. I would have expected a bit more in terms of quality of food (eg. Scrabble egg was rubbery, juice was just diluted chemical). But price is reasonable overall.
