"The room is cozy and comfortable, tiny but with all the things needed. The location is closed to city town hall and easy for check in and out."

"Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel. The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-in. The queue moved a bit slow due to each guest having to fill out a form (the standard name, phone, address, signature). I think eliminating this process would speed up check-in for everyone."

"Very helpful staff who provided detailed guidance on transport options from/to ferry terminal (we used Bolt ride hailing app-4.30€ after midnight to hotel and 6.40€ at evening peak to ferry terminal). They also gave comprehensive suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. Every frontline staff was excellent with special kudos to Alex especially and Keitlin. Tasty degustation menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. There's an excellent market, florist/plant nursery and supermarket a short ten minutes walk away. Bought a lovely Aechmea 'Blue Tango' bromeliad packed beautifully with soil washed off to carry on the flight home to Singapore. Grabbed a variety of smoked/cured meats and jerky (deer, elk, moose, wild boar, wild beef) and local Kalev chocs."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I have to give it top marks! First, check-in time was 3 PM, but when I arrived near the hotel around noon, I thought I'd just drop off my luggage at the front desk. The receptionist immediately said the room was ready and let me check in at noon – such a pleasant surprise, it made my trip so much easier. Second, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming to Chinese people, without any of the subtle discrimination that sometimes comes with other Europeans. He patiently explained things when I didn't understand, and he was very kind, even a little shy, and always willing to help Chinese tourists. Third, the room was large and comfortable, fully equipped, and had a kettle. Fourth, the location is convenient; it's just a short walk to the Estonian Gate, and there are supermarkets and restaurants across the street. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. The only minor issue is that the bathroom sink drains a little slowly, but that's a small flaw and doesn't detract from the overall experience."

"This is the first hotel in Europe I've stayed in that truly deserves a perfect score. It's ideally located right in the Old Town, offering a tranquil retreat despite its central position. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. Breakfast is decent, featuring a standard Western selection. Plus, right downstairs, you'll find Tallinn Old Town's top-rated Chinese restaurant."

"This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious."

"All good experience. Convenient to Railway and Ferry Terminals . 10-15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast had all the expected buffet choices. Room was cramped. Ensuite shower, WC and Basin can best be described as economic. So small I bumped my head on the door when ascent to toilet. Adequate for overnight stay. Emergency Stair lead to a dead end full of stored items which blocked any emergency egress."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the check-in was quick and smooth. Location is great, only 10 minutes to the bus station by walking and less than 10 minutes to the city centre by car. And the breakfast was great too, the food was super delicious!"

"It is a popular hotel in the old city area, and the Emperor Heisei Heisei stayed there and was a five-star hotel with a restaurant. We had the same menu “Emperor Dinner” that the Majesty had eaten at the restaurant. Even though it was old, the facilities and air conditioning were very good, the staff were clean and the staff were very good, and it was a wonderful stay. Although it rained in the middle of the night, the ghost of the grandmother who shuts the shutters did not appear (lol) The location is also well recommended."
