Прекрасный современный отель с отличным СПА. Понравилось обслуживание на ресепшн, сотрудница была гостеприимна. Отель новый, все объекты в идеальном состоянии, очень разнообразные и вкусные завтраки.

You can't really have any major complaints, as the brand certainly delivers. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. Impeccable cleanliness. The breakfasts are varied and very good. Its location, halfway between the airport, the coast, and the Old Town, makes the hotel truly versatile, and everyone should find it convenient. My only reservation is the policy of charging for bottled water in the rooms. I think there shouldn't be a charge for the daily complimentary set, with additional bottles being charged only after the initial ones provided at check-in are consumed. It's a minor detail, but it feels a bit out of place for a hotel of this caliber.

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day. The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

The room was spacious and they provided a cot for baby. Although everything was old eg lacquered wood cupboards drawers, bedside tables, it was clean and hotel provided extra pillows. Room was clean so were the bedsheets, toilet etc. taps had hot and cold water, soaps and shampoos, body lotion, provided. Carpeted floor. Service was good and all staff spoke english well. One small lift (fits two big luggage and one adult) for room access but staircase available if you’re hands free.

Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Would stay there again

The hotel located in the old town Tallinn - around 7 min walk from the balti train station.Reception working 24/7 and you can order taxi & if you arrivied by a car - free car parking availabe at the hotel parking around 5min walk. Good rooms, You will have el.kettle, TV, Free WIFI. Very good breakfast. The restoran located at the ground floor. Near around from 2 min walk - a lot of cafe & restorans & small supermarket 24/7. To main square of old towin around 5 min walk.Good place to stay.

Centrally based, walking dust nce can 15min to tallinn ferry port, 15min to Old city, rimi hypermarkets and other shops nearby, lots of public transport and Bolt scooters. Modern building, Very efficient heating and ventilation, no odours or humidity, cloths dry in 5 hours. The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers

As described. A safe place but don't forget to have a lock for your belongings for other visitors. There are lockable cabinets overhead. Also the cabin beds are very good, you can create a private area by covering them with a blanket yourself. I guess I didn't have any problems with toilets and bathrooms because I didn't go during the season. Thank you🎀
