Jandia Hotels with Breakfast

Did everything go well, not totally. Faulty lock on patio door and wrong room allocation. But issues were fixed within the hour when highlighted. Shows the professionalism of this hotel. Good central location, quality and size of rooms and main pool area are standouts. Food too a real positive for breakfast and evening meals. Quality again is the word I’d use here. What to say re the staff, superb. Really a pleasant and relaxing stay. Only negative was the Spa area, new charge a little irksome, but area appears to have lost its way, and dress policy not for me. Went once, but not worth a return.

El complejo está muy bien y son muy amables le falta un poco de mantenimiento en la habitación  pero en cambio los jardines están impecables .El desayuno bufet bien había de todo y aunque el hotel es enorme no se tiene sensación de masificación ni colas para coger las cosas.

Overall, I am very happy for what I paid (just over £200 for 5 days, all inclusive). The staff were not always the friendliest and I noticed the animation team only speaking to particular guests and not interacting so much with others. This did not bother me personally though. The themed restaurant is excellent, and the taxis are a good touch! Only points to note on the themed restaurant though are the booking is for 8:30pm, and they turned the lights off and were encouraging us out by 9:25. Also another couple had come in and sat down with their food. They were asked to move to the other restaurant which they did, and I assumed they would take their food over given they had plated up. Instead, the waiter scraped all their plates into the bin which seemed a real shame and waste of food, and raised a few eyebrows. (The restaurant was only around 25% full and no further bookings so they weren’t taking up space). The food overall is more than ok for the price paid, even if repeating. The drinks choices were good - I just wish the cups were bigger particularly for soft drinks so you’re not needing to refill as often. I was kindly given a late check out free of charge which was great. Corridors and outside are very loud until late - again this didn’t bother me personally as I struggle to sleep anyway. More than happy for what I paid but if I was paying the peak season prices I’d think a little more

Very good stay! Perfectly located, walking distance to the seaside. A comfortable bed and pillows, immaculately clean, friendly staff. Tasty food and a big selection of drinks. Beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately the water in the swimming pool wasn't warm, and another bigger pool was in repair.

Einfach gesagt, ich war enttäuscht von den Damen und Herren, die Extra Adventures organisieren und in TUI-Kleidung herumlaufen, weil sie nicht einmal wissen, wann der Kids Club geöffnet hat. Trotzdem haben sie mir etwas verkauft, obwohl sie wussten, dass ich die Kleine (5 Jahre) zu dieser Zeit in den Kids Club bringen wollte, während ich mit dem 11 jährigen Jetski fahren wollte – der Kids Club jedoch um 9 Uhr morgens geschlossen war. Außerdem habe ich ein Auto gebucht, von dem es hieß, es würde zum Hotel kommen. Stattdessen sollte ich vom Hotel abgeholt und woanders hingebracht werden, um den Papierkram zu erledigen. Das war natürlich problematisch, weil die Kinder zu dieser Zeit noch im Hotelzimmer schliefen. Als alleinerziehendem Vater ist mir das verständlicherweise nicht möglich. Ein besonders negativer Punkt ist, dass alle Liegen permanent reserviert sind (vor 06.00 Uhr geht es los) – meist von deutschen Staatsbürgern, die jedes Mal und regelmäßig unangenehm auffallen.

Nuestro alojamiento en el Hotel ha sido una experiencia muy agradable. En la recepción estuvieron muy atentos con nosotros. Un 10 para Mustafá. El desayuno muy completo. El personal del comedor muy eficaz. La habitación estaba muy limpia y los colchones eran muy cómodos. La piscina también estaba muy limpia. Ha sido una estancia muy cómoda para nosotros.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
