GGuest UserDid everything go well, not totally. Faulty lock on patio door and wrong room allocation. But issues were fixed within the hour when highlighted. Shows the professionalism of this hotel. Good central location, quality and size of rooms and main pool area are standouts. Food too a real positive for breakfast and evening meals. Quality again is the word I’d use here. What to say re the staff, superb. Really a pleasant and relaxing stay. Only negative was the Spa area, new charge a little irksome, but area appears to have lost its way, and dress policy not for me. Went once, but not worth a return.

GGuest UserVery nice relaxed hotel with nice view over the beach, and ease of access to it. Nice pool, relaxed environment without much music where you can just enjoy the sun and the calmness of Fuerteventura. Room was spacious and always clean, food was good everyday and there's a lot of variety. Only thing I think could be improved is the quality of pastries/desserts.
Adding to all the positives, the hotel employees were all very nice and kind, always ready to help or have a chat with you.
Overall almost a 5/5, would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in coming to Fuerteventura.

GGuest UserIt was advertised with an indoor pool and spa. A indoor pool is not actually there and the spa is not in the hotel. Extremely harmful especially when staying with rain
