It's great! I booked a single room for two meals when traveling alone. There are the following advantages for reference: 1. Great location and car-free friendly. In Alcudia, it is very convenient to go back and forth from the bus terminal/airport in the center of Palma, and the bus is directly accessible! In addition, the beach they reach on foot is also very beautiful jelly sea. 2. The facilities are very good and the environment is clean. There are tables and small refrigerators. The bed is the wide single bed in the picture, and it is not formal to sleep! The bathroom prepared bath towels for me. The terrace is beautiful, with double tables and chairs and drying racks. There is a beautiful lake downstairs, a swimming pool, and singing and dancing activities in the bar area at night. For me, it was great to just enjoy the sunset on the terrace alone. 3. The meal is convenient and the choice is wide. I choose to include breakfast and dinner, no longer have to spend my brain to choose what to eat; I still go out to eat at noon, taking into account the fun of finding food. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. The front desk was very good and gave two large bottles of water. I was worried that I could not buy water in the wilderness, so I didn't have to worry.
