Absolutely astonishing location and perfect hygiene everywhere, attentive and professional staff, always willing to help and make your stay even more pleasant and memorable.
The hotel cares a lot about the overall aesthetics, the smell, the little details, they pay special attention to the selection of furniture and decor.

This is a beautiful hotel!
Immediately to fear, judging by the feedback. Noisy? There was no noise in September. Our room was on the floor resepschen, from 5 days only 1 time a tumultuous company woke us up.
Other:
The room is clean, neat. The room was jacuzzi and its yard is beautiful.
Breakfasts are good. The view from the restaurant is incredible!
Service. 100 out of 100. Service, superior expectations! From communication to compliments, from answers to questions to the solution of any request - decide everything so that you are in plus. Thank you very much for your rest!

First of all, the hotel's facilities, hygiene, meals and services are all the standards of a good hotel. The location is very good, in the core area of Nikolaos, a few minutes walk to the port and the local center. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but valet parking (free, tip free). Almost all water trips can start from the port next door, so it is really convenient to stay at this hotel. The scenery is super good.
But Nikolaos is almost the easternmost part of Crete, about an hour's drive from the popular Iraqi Lion and about 4 hours' drive from Hania. If you are going to stay at this hotel from the west, public transportation is too time-consuming and taxis are too expensive. Driving is too hard.

Один из лучших отелей, в котором останавливалась, сегмент luxury. Шикарный номер с большой террасой с видом на море, шикарное постельное белье, кофемашина, приветственное вино в виде комплемента от отеля. Так как отель расположен террасами на горе, то нужно иметь ввиду, что в любом случае придется немного перемещаться по лестницам, хотя в отеле и есть лифты (три уровня), также по территории можно перемещаться на электрокаре, водитель которых довозит в любую точку. Завтрак - 5* и великолепное обслуживание. Отличный пляж с баром и водными развлечениями, можно взять лодку в аренду без капитана. Так как уже несезон - цена просто шикарная для отеля такого уровня. С радостью вернулась бы еще раз

Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

Room type booked was not given, having previously stayed here I chose the room type specifically to have this and was changed on arrival. Receptionist was not welcoming , couldn't care less when we advised of problem. Unable to shower due to such low water pressure. Noise from bars made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is ideally located on Itron Bay, near the Voulisma beach, Agios Nikolaos, Eloundao or Ierapetra to reach Chrissi Island by boat. The hotel was a wonderful location for a 5-star hotel! 🙏🙏
The breakfast is a good choice.
The hotel has organized a dinner on the bay for a great occasion, it was FIGH! 🙏😁Thanks to all the team for your welcome, generosity and welcome ... We will surely return there!!

Absolutely loved this resort. Comfortable rooms and beds. The meals were amazing. Lots of buffet options for breakfast and dinner. The area is lovely and the views from every area is stunning. Very helpful friendly staff. Will Definately stay again and highly recommend
