The security not really working well everytime when we back from out side no one help us to give change entrance to hotel there just in side in the gates then the traffic so heavy and dangerous area .
The restaurant need to upgrade when gues stay there street way need to payment can't billing to the room
Then the staircase so dangerous that in the lobby
Room is good big spaces and clean only when showers all water will go everywhere and if nit carefully will fill down
Because the showers part out wrong side
Near that place so nice food early morning for breakfast

The room is spacious and bright, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk service is thoughtful. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.
Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The facilities are complete, it's quiet and comfortable, and the service is responsive. It was a very pleasant stay.

AAncientBackpackKetapang Indah Hotel was very well located for me - it was a short drive from the Ketapang railway station and the ferry port to Bali.
I was very impressed with the grounds, which are very well maintained and presented. It has a lovely outlook over the strait towards Bali.
I had a hotel room, but there are larger villas available. The hotel room was a little bit small, but was fine for my purposes. Perhaps it is slightly dated, but the bed was comfortable.
I had a great time in the pool, which was large and clean.
The restaurant was strange - I'd say 80% of the guests were local Indonesians, but 80% of the evening guests were Westerners! I asked where the locals had their dinner and apparently they go to the warungs out on the road. Anyhow, the food I had over 2 nights was fine and the service very friendly. Breakfast is extensive.
I would stay there again, mostly for its accessible location.

VValeria1978The problem is that it is out of hand, there are no restaurants or shops around it, and you must order through the reception. Breakfast is not a buffet, so for those who are used to abundance, they will have to do it less. Room and bathroom are beautiful and functional.

Yyy67735626The room was really nice for the Ijen area, with excellent value for money. The balcony overlooked a rice paddy, which was very relaxing. The hotel offered delicious and affordable lunch and dinner. The facilities were also stylish, giving it a resort-like feel. It's a 40-minute drive to Ijen Volcano and another 40 minutes to the pier.

GGuest UserVery beautiful hotel, amazing territory, atmosphere, food is super, everything is very cool, but there is one BUT - now it is the month of Ramadan and no one warned us about the sounds from three o'clock in the morning🥲 it was very audible, even with earplugs. Naturally, we did not get enough sleep and did not rest after the volcano..

The whole staff is very friendly, and what I like the most is the location of the hotel in the city center, but for convenience, it is really good, the atmosphere is quiet, quiet, cool.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located near Kalibaru Station, providing easy access to Ketapang (for Bali) and Banyuwangi city (for the Ijen tour), just an hour by train. The hotel features its own dairy farm with fresh milk, and offers activities like spice and coffee plantation tours.
For adventure seekers, the basecamp of Mount Raung is only 20 minutes away by car, with a hike that takes at least two days and one night. The swimming pool is large and clean, and the garden is well-maintained. The hotel has a good restaurant offering a variety of Indonesian and Western dishes. Wi-Fi is reliable, though the TV had no signal, and there was a brief power outage, quickly resolved with a backup generator.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
