Banyuwangi Regency Hotels with Pools

It's really fun here. It's cheap even though it's hard to find food. If you order food from room service, it turns out that it's cooked at Margo Utomo Evo Resort, so it takes more than 1 hour just for fried noodles. If it's not cheap, I probably won't come here again 😅

Delicious Indonesian Javanese food specially created by the host, May, as well as the level of dedicated service is the highlight of this hotel. The menu food sounds unappealing, but all 7 lunch and dinners were so good. You have to try the chicken satay, which is soft and has white clean meat. The tuna is melted and panini is so fresh. The spaghetti cakalang is her created recipe of smoked fish and spaghetti. Her tofu and Tempe must not be missed! Her tempong chicken is yummy and fresh! Feels like it's directly from the farm. Nasi goreng must not be missed! Papayas seem to be in the season. Fried bananas covered in coconut flakes are not to be missed! In this hotel, don't expect luxury cleanliness because there are a lot of insects (bees, butterflies, moths, grasshopper, flies), spiders, millipedes, lizards, even a gecko. If you want to stay in this rustic resort you have to be okay with them. I didn't like the insects stuff in the room but the hosts immediately sent their staff to deal with them. Staff are friendly just be patient with them because not all speak English. May was a super host, who gave ALL sorts of ideas on where to go, and how to go, and gives you contacts and numbers and details. Ibnu makes the best dirty latte in Banyuwangi, most probably. The hosts are very nice and go out of the way to make their guests welcome. They even dropped us at a nearby tour site, and also gave us a short walk to the beach nearby. This level of service is almost unbeatable. Staff are always ready and welcome to greet and smile at you. I think the Indonesian and Javanese meals are better than the breakfast menu. Breakfast pancake and American breakfast normal only. They generously dropped us off at Bangsring Underwater which was 3-5 mins away, which MUST NOT BE MISSED for snorkelling beginners! (But first check out if the season is good for snorkelling) If you stay here, be prepared there's not much in the area. And not much air-conditioned cafes or restaurant or shops nearby too. The family room has a breathtaking view of the mountains but because of the attic like structure, is prone to insects and lizards and stuff. It had a resident gecko. The deluxe suite room had a flat ceiling so lesser insects! + huge verandah for drying your clothes + pink bougainvillea. There are corn fields beside the hotel. They send food to your room if you don't want to eat in the restaurant which also has a amazing view. Restaurant has rustic vibes with antique candelabras (+ spiders).

Staying at Illira was one of the best experience. The staffs was incredibly kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast menu was vary and the taste is quite good. But at the top of all that was the hotel view, it was Bali straits and mount Ijen, incredible😍😍 thank you Illira

Absolutely loved it! It was so much better than I expected. There are several pools, the environment is fantastic and peaceful. The best part was the incredibly large and comfortable bed, perfect for a vacation. The scenery is delightful and truly beautiful!

A wonderful cozy hotel with a convenient location to Ijen and the ferry! Large well-kept area, smiling friendly staff ready to answer all your questions, quality food, the price is pleasing, they cook very tasty, the rooms are clean, towels are white, sheets are clean, I recommend, To be honest, I did not expect such quality for such a price! 🙏🏻

The hotel is conveniently located near Kalibaru Station, providing easy access to Ketapang (for Bali) and Banyuwangi city (for the Ijen tour), just an hour by train. The hotel features its own dairy farm with fresh milk, and offers activities like spice and coffee plantation tours. For adventure seekers, the basecamp of Mount Raung is only 20 minutes away by car, with a hike that takes at least two days and one night. The swimming pool is large and clean, and the garden is well-maintained. The hotel has a good restaurant offering a variety of Indonesian and Western dishes. Wi-Fi is reliable, though the TV had no signal, and there was a brief power outage, quickly resolved with a backup generator. The staff are friendly and helpful.

All for the TOP Blambangan Hotel, service, cleanliness, facilities, satisfying. All the staff are very friendly, and what I like most is that the hotel's position is in the city center but for really good comfort, the atmosphere is quiet, calm, cool.

Like an old hotel that's been renovated. The bathroom was a bit dirty and had a very damp smell. The room also smelled damp. Breakfast was still all right though.

This is one of the few options for the city. They have very nice restaurant. The stuff was very helpful. They’re trying to help as much as possible for the price paid. It is a good option. I would repeat myself family friendly. It’s a safe good place for a few days.

3B is a bubble, magically floating above everything. It's own world. A monkey kingdom. A swimming resort. Resto has the best woman chef in the biz. Many come, less are booked in. A venue for social media photo shoots. A gathering place and respite for business and company crew to discuss. A place for lovers, families with children. All in the same bubble. Certainly not a morning spot but rather the dayy seems to begin close to midday and goes deep into the night. Enormous potential for live music. Enormous potential for romance. 3B like the heart is always open to everybody Enjoy the ride, the ambience. Among the top 3 resorts south of ketapang.
