Everything at Trivik was good except for the Service and the pedigree of the staff. The warmth in conversations was missing. We were in for many surprises - 1) we had called to make sure to get the right room but were offered a ground floor room 2) We were not informed about securing e-pass mandatory to reach the property 3) Check out experience was not good.
Location is Great. Food is Good.
