Chikkamagaluru Hotels with Parking

Everything at Trivik was good except for the Service and the pedigree of the staff. The warmth in conversations was missing. We were in for many surprises - 1) we had called to make sure to get the right room but were offered a ground floor room 2) We were not informed about securing e-pass mandatory to reach the property 3) Check out experience was not good.  Location is Great. Food is Good.

Very beautiful and exquisite property,extremely friendly and attentive staff and service.elevator is missing in the main reception and restaurant building which would be helpful for the elderly.

The location of the property was in a prime location. The room was very good and well maintained. However some drawbacks were there. Ac remote was not given initially but was not working. The geyser was not giving hot water however mild hot water was coming. The door service was through the door knocking but calling bells were not working. The complimentary breakfast was kf average quality. Could have been better.
