GGuest UserI recently stayed at sneha inn for a one night and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel had all the amenities i needed and they were all in functional condition. The room itself was clean enough, although i did notice a faint smell of cigarette smoke. This was a bit unpleasant for me, but it wasn't strong enough to ruin my stay. The bed was comfortable and i had a good night's sleep. One thing that could be improved was the service at the hotel's dine-in restaurant. The staff seemed to be understaffed, and as a result, the orders took a while to be delivered. I understand that the hotel might be facing some staffing issues due to the pandemic, but waiting for food for over an hour was a bit too much for me. However, the food was good and i enjoyed the variety on the menu. Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent enough. While there were some areas that could be improved, i was satisfied with the overall experience. If the hotel could address the issue with the cigarette smoke smell in the room and hire more staff to improve the service at the restaurant, it could be a great place to stay.
GGuest UserThe ac in the room allotted to me doesnt have cooling at all. Brought this to the notice of staff at reception from day i checked in i. E. May 8th. No action taken so far by the hotel till now, yesterday had told another room will be allotted but that too not done. If the ac is not working then such room shouldn't be put up for online booking. So anybody checking in hotel please ensure ac working properly, because after taking room there won't be any solution to the problem.
