Hotel fantastico, camere pulite e personale gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Kanpur andrò sicuramente qui!

Property location was good. Food served at pebbles restaurant is marvelous and hygienic. Amenities are okay. Improvement is required towards promptness in housekeeping staff. In addition, issue of accumulation of water in washroom needs to be attended by the hotel on priority.

The hotel is good with all amenities and staff is cooperative. It also has small court where you can enjoy sports

Room service was very good. Staff was polite and prompt. Cleanliness was was also good. Mr abhay singh at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as food street and metro station are few at steps. Maintanence and upgrade of hotel seems overdue, shows omers reluctant in this.

Royal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.

The room was a little small, cleaning and hygine was also not proper, food was good, but room services are little slow, could be better. But in this price range it was absolutely okey.
