Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bhagyaraj Palace! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. The location is convenient, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Kanpur!

Room was neat and clean. Location was the plus point for my visit. Only thing was prices for food were on higher side. Staff of the hotel is quick to attend the call.

Hotel is located in the main market and the location is very right if you have to travel from one centre of the city. Staff is very courteous and helpful. You can order food from treat restaurant which is right opposite of the hotel and one of the oldest restaurant in kanpur.

Room service was very good. Staff was polite and prompt. Cleanliness was was also good. Mr abhay singh at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as food street and metro station are few at steps. Maintanence and upgrade of hotel seems overdue, shows omers reluctant in this.

Royal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.

It was a good experience with the hotel, it is quite in the center. Near z square famous mall and station too. So if you are looking for a budget stay, you can opt for this option.
