GGuest UserI had booked the hotel for three days by mmt. It is located away from city crowd but not too far. Check in was hassle free within no time. Reception and staff had warm behaviour ready to help in all possible ways. Room tariffs were also reasonable. Ac in my room was not working and after complain they changed and upgrade the room with no extra cost. Cleaniness was great. Restaurant food was also very tasty.

GGuest UserRoom service was very good. Staff was polite and prompt. Cleanliness was was also good. Mr abhay singh at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as food street and metro station are few at steps. Maintanence and upgrade of hotel seems overdue, shows omers reluctant in this.

GGuest UserRoyal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.
