Napier Hotels with Breakfast

We booked two rooms for our family trip. The hotel facilities are very new, likely due to a recent renovation. There's a supermarket and a gas station right across from the hotel, which is super convenient.

It was great to see unique hotel settings. Room was good but the bed could be better it kept sinking in. Hotel amenities were provided as per usual. Hotel settings are a unique feature. Location is super as it is in town walking distance to various shops and restaurants. Breakfast was not great but pricey I think that's to expect when you eat at the hotel. I would recommend this to my friend and family.

A bed lamp did mot work and bathroom was not clean. Overall, I was disappointed to stay here. I suggest hotel to check detail matters before check-in. By the way, Swimming pool was good and we enjoyed. I though hotel to add pool fee on accommodation fee and let guest use it free of charge. $10 per person is cheap and reasonable to use but free or with charge is different matter to guest.

I stayed in one of the self-contained motel apartments at the Napier Beach Kiwi Holiday Park and Motels. At the same time there were plenty of people with tents and mobile homes/campers. The location is excellent in that it is right on the beach and being far enough away from SH1 so that it is really calm and with no noise. Very well looked after by friendly management. Highly recommended.

Location was great, not too far from the town centre. It was easy to spot and convenient.

Very clean. Excellent service. However, as per policy (says the receptionist), I was surprised why they have to swipe my card even though i have already paid online, which I didn’t allow, because I have had a bad experience with card scam thus I have to deposit $200NZD which was returned upon checking out (after they checked the room). The stove’s exhaust and overhead light weren’t functioning. There were only 2 chairs inside 2 hand towels and 2 flannels though a triple (good for 3 adults) room was booked. Good enough the TV was at first soundless that we found out that the inn’s black book weren’t there. We could have been charged for its loss if the receptionist didn’t look for it the night before we checked out. There was a room price disparity of of $16NZD more or less which I paid online and the actual receipt at the inn. The online booking was $16NZD more expensive.
