Amazing
CChihakuWent there to recharge for a night and I can stay that there are only 2 things that disappointed me there.First, we happen to be placed besides a room that has a baby crying nonstop at 2am in the morning and 2nd, the crispy wings are super small like it came from a tiny bantam chicken. Though the pizza and other items in their bfast buffet are all super delicious.
For the positives, the staff are all very courteous and friendly. Room is clean and spacious with complete ammenities though it is not that soundproof since we can hear the crying baby next door at 2am.
The animals are the stars of my stay and they are so entertaining and very eager to chow down the feeds. I can probably stay there for the entire day if not for the rain that comes and goes.
Over all I'll be glad to stay at their hotel again and just vibe with the geese, chicken and the peacocks.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the smiling guards and helpful bell attendants. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming.
Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant.
The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay â definitely worth coming back to! đ¨đŠđ§đŚâ¨
AAnnemari1125Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the staff were respectful and attentive. We were impressed with the amenities, especially the complimentary buffet breakfastâit was delicious and included in the room rate.
To visit the chapel and recreation center, we used the hotelâs shuttle service, which was also free. The road to get there was a bit steep and intimidating, but the experienced shuttle drivers made us feel safe and comfortable.
The heated swimming pool was another highlightâitâs free to use, and we spent most of our time there just relaxing. Overall, the experience was relaxing and well worth it.
VVioan Jesse NavarroHad a nice and relaxing stay at Quest Hotel Tagaytay. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a short getaway. However, I do hope the bathroom cleanliness can be improved a bit more. Also, it would be great if the lobby had more comfortable seating for guests waiting to check in. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.
GGuest UserI rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at,
but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didnât say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we werenât able to try most of the restaurantâs menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels weâve stayed at. đ We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. Weâll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.
GGuest UserIt was a lovely place to stay beautiful location! The decor and facilities is could do with some updating in places but I wouldnât let that put you off as the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I was well looked after as a solo traveller.
AAnonymous UserTaal Vista is a good place to stay when youâre in Tagaytay. Thereâs nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If youâre after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.
AagrixDuring our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderfulâpeaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
MMark Laurence OadanI booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.
Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway!
Thank you, Villa Ibarra, for an amazing experience!
