Great
EEla SalinasItâs a good location, satisfactory amenities, and the room is spacious and clean. The balcony and the mountain view are a plus. The staff are accommodating and very polite. The only negative here is the room service is too slow.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available
GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay.
All of the hotel staff were very accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was fast.
The room was clean. what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The location is great, too.
The breakfast buffet didnât have many options, but everything was palatable and tasted good.
No complaints at all. Weâll definitely be coming back!
this is our new go-to hotel in Tagaytay!
GGuest UserWith previous stays at Anya exceeding expectations for relaxation and rejuvenation, it's regrettable to highlight shortcomings in our recent visit. Housekeeping fell short: patio uncleaned, bath towels not replenished, essential toiletries missing unless requested. This contrasts with Anya's usual high standards. #AnyaExperience #ServiceReview đ
BBenchLouieLocation is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday,
The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.
AAnonymous UserTaal Vista is a good place to stay when youâre in Tagaytay. Thereâs nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If youâre after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.
LLynReview of Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay:
Our stay at Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay had its ups and downs. Our room was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. It was spacious and featured an attic room, providing a unique and cozy atmosphere. The hotelâs surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful.
However, there were some issues that affected our experience. My sister found the air conditioning unit to be excessively loud, which significantly disrupted her sleep.
The breakfast served was adequate, though nothing exceptional. Overall, Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay offers a mixed experience with some room for improvement.
66029****Initially, we were given a bunk bed room on the basement level, which my family wasn't very fond of. We requested the manager to switch us to a twin room on the second floor, and they added an extra small bed. The room was cleaned daily, so the basic service was okay. We tried the breakfast once at 550 PHP per person, but it was quite ordinary, so we didn't bother with it on subsequent days. The pool facilities are relatively new. Massages cost 500-600 PHP per hour, which is half or even less than half the price you'd pay for similar services in Manila, definitely worth trying. If you turn right out of the hotel parking lot and walk about 150 meters to the main road, then turn left and walk another ~1500 meters, you'll find a scenic Starbucks (see picture, the queue was too long during the holidays). If you turn left out of the hotel parking lot, after 150 meters at the T-junction, there's a market with several fast-food restaurants (McDonald's, KFC, Greenwich Pizza) and a supermarket selling fruits and vegetables. It's noticeable that the main building, including room facilities, is a bit dated. The shower in the bathroom uses an electric water heater, and the temperature was only about 35 degrees Celsius (not hot enough), and the shower floor isn't sloped enough, causing water to accumulate. However, for a small town, the value for money at a hotel with this service standard is quite good.
GGuest UserOur stay at Hillcreek Tagaytay was truly enjoyable. The place has a peaceful and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a quick escape from the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with scenic views that highlight the beauty of Tagaytay.
AAnonymous UserA hidden gem in Cavite, and just a short drive from the city!
Pros: The place is clean. The Executive room feels a bit small but has most everything you need. Shower had great water pressure, AC and fridge worked well. Pool was a good size and you could do laps or lounge around. Amenities like KTV, gym and pool table were available. Food at the restaurant was great.
Cons: TV needs a quality upgrade and way better selection than just GMA channels. Front desk had a different record of my booking and gave me two rooms when I just booked one, and does not memorize their room offerings and amenities. No elevator for upper floors. Could also use some more soundproofing in the corridors.
