"Exceptional stay - My new go-to hotel in Iloilo! I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel Iloilo and I absolutely fell in love with it. I can confidently say I will be booking this hotel for all my future travels to Iloilo! The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. It is also surrounded by famous local restaurants— Alicia's and Netong's are in the nearby Atria Mall, and Tatoy's is located just right outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are remarkably clean. As a solo traveler, the room I had was perfectly sized for my needs. Another major highlight was the 5th-floor restaurant, which serves a great breakfast buffet with a good selection of food—the perfect way to kickstart your day before heading out on your itinerary. Beyond the amenities, the staff are highly polite and courteous. I also worth mentioning that the hotel layout caters well to everyone, featuring highly accessible amenities like a reliable elevator and wide, comfortable stairs. Thank you for an amazing stay. Our stay at Solina Beach & Nature Resort was nothing short of amazing. The whole place has that perfect laidback vibe while still giving off a premium, luxurious feel — super relaxing from the moment you arrive. What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and proactive — we didn’t even have to call them just to ask for water, they were already there anticipating our needs. That level of care made the experience even more special. It’s also very senior-friendly! The elderlies in our group truly enjoyed their stay, which says a lot about how comfortable and well-maintained the resort is. Overall, it was one of the best stays we’ve had, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet elevated getaway in Iloilo! ✨

Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

The staff were accommodating, and both the hotel and our room were clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, Iloilo Central Market, and the port. My only concern, which I also noted in their feedback form, was the water. The shower water seemed salty and slightly sticky, almost like seawater. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was pleasant. Breakfast is served plated and is quite filling, and the internet connection is reliable. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Stayed here one night prior to flight out of city. Staff were welcoming and helpful! SM across the road is very handy, as well as 7-eleven near lobby. Very good pricing. (Picture of window view from room)

Pros: The hotel's location is super convenient, just across a major road from SM Mall. Cons: Not enough power outlets in the room, and amenities were insufficient (I booked a twin room for two, but only got one toothbrush set). The soundproofing definitely needs improvement (when the next door room opened their door, it sounded like someone was opening mine). Also, the shower curtain could be longer; water still splattered out during showers.

Positives: - cleanliness - drinking water provided on corridor - good Aircon Negatives: - outdated poor condition facilities (shower, taps, furniture) - variable quality internet - no cutlery, no plates - the advertised western breakfast is Filipino breakfast options only in reality - coffee was offered for 1 day for my entire stay, no top up, no tea - no cleaning of room offered, happened

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

We returned to this hotel again from Gigantes Island and stayed for another 3 days. We were satisfied with everything, the only bad thing was that there were strong low tides in the sea. The staff is very responsive and attentive. There is shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper and bottled water in the room, the breakfast is very filling and tasty.

The staff was friendly and helpful since yung isang room is may issue sa AC so I asked her to check and she did pero same padin so she decided so transfer my friend to another room. The location is nice malapit sa mall but about the cleanliness dati okay sya since always kami nag stay dito maybe kulang na sila sa staff that's why other area's is hindi okay but it's a good stay.
