Amazing
GGuest UserThe Best Hostel I ever stay, super clean and with great vibes, everyday new friends and location just middle of Moalboal city and the Pangsagan Beach.
They offer a free ride to city and beach, every hour.
I do recommend to any diver or tourism to stay there.
GGuest UserIt was good. It was a little bit far from Panagasama beach - around 20 min on foot, but it was quiet and calm here, no music, no karaoke. So we could sleep well there. We could rent scooter right in hotel for 350 peso per 24 hours, and came back it got deposit without any problem. At reception you can get free instant tea and coffee, refill your bottle with cold water. There was good wifi there, so I didn't buy local SIM card and I could work online in room. If I come back to Maolboal I defenetly will stay in this hotel.
TTing Anny TANGGreat location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach!
You can wake up in the morning and swim with the sardines right away — such an amazing experience.
Plenty of shops and laundry services nearby, very convenient.
A perfect area if you want to see sardines and turtles in their natural habitat.
GGuest UserThis resort has a relaxed and peaceful vibe, not too crowded, yet well maintained and located just in front of the sea. Garden is beautiful, swimming pool very nice with two slides that kids love, you can snorkel at their beach, we even saw a turtle. Rooms are clean and comfortable, their menu is extensive, you just need to find your favourites. I would definitely go to Hale Manna again!
KK.G.M.We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it.
Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging.
While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance
BBaimajunzai2000Facilities: Hot water shower and air conditioning are good. But there are no other facilities in the room, no kettle, no hair dryer. You need to bring your own kettle, or go to the front desk to get a cup and pour water.
Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I don’t know how to maintain it, so I didn’t dare to go to the swimming pool. Fortunately, it’s close to the sea, so you can just swim in the sea.
Environment: Both entering and exiting require a long and rugged road. Close to the sea, you can go snorkeling. It's just a hotel, without any star-level services provided, and there is a service fee charged at the end. It is incorrect to list it as a top-ranked local four-star hotel on Ctrip. There should be more options.
Service: Unlike the diving shops in Bohol, there is no safety officer here. We took part in the snorkeling activity, because we went with divers, the guide was not very enthusiastic. There is no introduction leaflet for the event to refer to.
However, it is indeed convenient to go to see the sardines. You can just take a boat and join the activity to get there. No need to go around town.
Special reminder: this fee is not deducted by Ctrip, you need to pay in cash at the store. There is a reminder in the order, please be sure to bring enough cash.
GGuest UserI made a reservation in a hurry, but the guidance was so friendly that I was able to check in easily. It's just a 3-5 minute tuk-tuk ride from Boalmoal's main street. Just tell the front desk and they'll call you! Breakfast was also reasonably priced at 100 pesos per person.
GGuest UserEverything is great! A quiet family hotel on the seashore. Yes, a bit far from the party scene, but we rented a motorbike for all the days of our stay, so we had no inconvenience. In the evenings we walked, 15 minutes maximum. We had dinner mostly at the hotel, the portions were huge for 3 people. We had a family room, very spacious. No TV, but we didn’t need it. Very good breakfasts, they always gave mango and something else, pineapple or watermelon. Coffee from bags, but despite this it was delicious! The juices seemed to me to be diluted bags, like Yuppies. The pool is clean, we enjoyed swimming in it in the evenings. The low tides are strong, like everywhere in the Philippines. It’s convenient that the hotel is on the seashore. We put on coral slippers, took masks and swam towards Panasgama, saw schools of sardines, two turtles. We went to White Beach on a motorbike, but we got there on the weekend, there were a lot of people. I liked swimming near the hotel the most. I recommend the hotel! Everything is great for its price.
YYONGSuitable for people who like to be quiet, go out and snorkel in a few steps, if you are lucky, you can see turtles. Eating out is not very convenient, you can eat at their home, choose Filipino meals, it is not bad, the price is also appropriate. But because it is in the country, there are all kinds of strange animal sounds. If you sleep light, it is estimated that sleep will have an effect. The overall feeling is worth living.
