HHakoneGreat and kind staff at convenience location. Building itself looks very well constructed and inspected 2times in the past. This information was useful and comfortable to select this hotel after huge earthquakes.
The room including shower was so clean. The bed was big and fresh for 2 persons and feel good.

GGuest UserRoom was little small but really good. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the top floor and we have a place to stay and enjoy the city view. Breakfast was good enough. Only downside was, location was little bit harder to find but they have aggrement with a parking lot so we parked the car and walked about 3 minutes.

GGuest UserThe room was very big and clean, a very good deal for only 16€/night. The next morning though I understood why it was so cheap, since there were extremely loud construction works going on in the next building, which made it impossible to stay inside the room. But as they did not start before 8 am it was somehow manageable. Apart from the noise it was a very pleasant stay with delicious breakfast and good service! The pool was closed unfortunately.
