Outstanding
GGuest UserThw Abington Green experience was exceptional. Dean, our host, welcomed us warmly & gave us a pleasant overview of Abington Green and all of the things handy to know about the TVs, Fireplace, soaker tub & shower, etc. The property inside and out is imaculately clean and well maintained. The Decor throughout the Inn is very well done, our room seemed especially so. There is a wecoming friendly informality by the host and housekeeping staff; sincere morning and evening greetings and inquiries about our days activiyies and sightseeing ventures. Sherry our hostess prepared breakfasts that were creative delicious and ample., Saturday evening guests are treated to a ”happy hour” on the spacious veranda with local wines provided by the host. We have stayed at B & Bs throuhout the country and a few abroad. This is the best ever.
GGuest UserI booked us here for Mother's Day weekend and was astonished by the beauty and elegance of the hotel. They really go above and beyond to focus on perfecting the details, even leaving a rose and a note with our super cute picnic/breakfast basket on Mother's Day! The location is fantastic, but I will mention that every Friday night there is a drum circle in the park across the street which is loud and goes for several hours. We found the sound of it disturbing as you can hear it throughout the hotel and it made it hard to relax at the rooftop bar in peace. The bar downstairs had a solo artist play both nights we were there which was a lovely treat. I would gladly stay at this chic boutique again!
GGuest UserWe were in town for one night with the kids to go to an author's fan day. I was incredibly impressed with the room. It was huge and very well appointed. It was significantly nicer than I expected and that was a great surprise. The fold out couch was great as my 12yo daughter and 9yo son are past the sharing a bed stage. In the morning, the complimentary breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles as well as the standard continental options. The coffee was surprisingly good as well with both light and dark roast offered. I would happily stay here again
AAnonymous UserThe service was great ,staffs were all nice ,always smiles. The location were nice a as well , basically all of the famous restaurants and cafes are walkable . And the famous Biltmore is just 10min driving which is pretty close .Strongly recommended ,and will definitely be back next time.
GGuest UserThe Hampton Inn was very convenient for us while visiting in Asheville. Right in the center of places that we enjoy going from the farmers market to the Arboretum to the Blue Ridge Parkway and of course the outlets but that is not what we come to do. Our room was very clean as was the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful as we stayed an extra night. We felt like we got great value For our dollar. The website was very easy to navigate, and it was very simple to book our lodging. Breakfast offerings were good. The bed was very comfortable and we will certainly come back as we have stayed there before for these very reasons.
JJunesdaughterStayed here to visit the Biltmore. The hotel was crowded when I checked in so I got a room facing the parking lot which was loud and uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager after staying overnight, he was conciliatory and moved us to a nicer room on a higher floor with a nice view and included breakfasts which I hadn’t included in my booking. I ended up really pleased with the hotel and stayed an extra night. The breakfast buffet server was so nice and remembered my beverage the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable.
GGuest UserWe had such a fun and comfy stay at Hampton Inn Asheville–I-240 Tunnel Rd! The room was clean, cozy, and just what our family needed after a full day of exploring. Check-in was quick, the staff was super friendly, and everything felt easy from start to finish. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Asheville, so getting around was a breeze. And breakfast? A great way to kick off another adventure-filled day! Definitely a stay we’d happily come back to.
GGuest UserLocation was good, staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful with lots to choose from. Only complaint is the walls are pretty thin.
GGuest UserPro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive.
Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly.
Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.
