CcollinsgaryThe experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good,hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire

GGuest UserWe were greeted by the most wonderful receptionist. She was very efficient and personable. She made us feel very welcome. We went to the bar at night and that's when it all fell apart. The waiter was not friendly at all and was very inefficient. Apparently there was a wedding party in the bar, so it was crowded. People had to wait an extremely long time and he only waited on one side of the bar. He totally ignored the other side. It was very sad to see this kind of service.

GGuest Userplace is very respectful. They mind their business and they don't bother you. Great time. The staff were clean. The breakfast was good. Everything was on part. It was really fun. I had a fun time running and out of the rooms going down the hallways up and down the stairs and the elevators a great place to bring the kids..
