NNadezhdaThe hotel is located in a stunningly beautiful place Phong Nha. Peace and tranquility surround you. A leisurely river and mountains around. The bungalows are comfortable and clean. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious. The owner of the hotel met me early in the morning and helped me check in. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The availability of bicycles will allow you to take walks around the area. Once again, thanks to the Trip.com team for the wonderful support of my trip to Vietnam!

MMichel du CanadaA large, comfortable, quiet room, a few hundred meters from the car road, with spacious bathroom. The hotel is a very nice view of the river and many places to sit and watch it. We were very comfortable with me, while my bus arrived in Phong Nha very early and I had not booked room for the night during which my bus traveled.

RRamona EftimieOverall, I have a good impression of the family who runs this accommodation. The location is excellent, right by the river, and the people are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. What I did not like was the fact that we stayed in December, when the humidity was extremely high. The windows were constantly wet, and the room developed a musty smell. We had to keep the air conditioning on all the time to manage the humidity, but then the room became very cold. In general, it is a rather chilly accommodation, especially in winter, but the river view is absolutely beautiful and makes up for it.

GGuest UserWe were met late at night at the bus stop and driven home, where we had dinner. We were treated to honey and tea. The hostess recommended various route options. She helped us get our shoes repaired. She helped us buy bus tickets. She arranged transportation. All our questions were answered. We really enjoyed our stay.

GGuest UserBasic but just want we expected. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and were able to offer tours (can’t give any feedback on them as we didn’t use them), but they did arrange a motor bike for us. We also used there push bikes, which was great. Lovely view of the river while we sat on ate our breakfast. Short walk or bike ride into the centre.

GGuest UserI can 100% recommend this to anyone!! It’s a very lovely family-run homestay which is located very very well. The staff is nice even though not all of them speak English and the breakfast is delicious as well. What I liked the most where the rooms with the big windows and balconies overlooking the river and the mountains. It was incredible waking up with this view. The perfect place to stay if you want to rewind.

GGuest UserСлучайно забронировали этот отель на 1 день, т.к. в нашем путешествии изменилось расписание автобуса за день до отъезда , в связи с чем мы приехали в Фонгня в 2 утра, а не в 6 как предполагали. В нашем отеле мест не было, поэтому выбрали Golden forest homestay. Гостиница расположена прям на станции слипбасов. Буквально в 5 метрах, что очень удобно Заселили быстро , очень мило встретили, проводили в отличную комнату, где мы выспались без проблем. Большое спасибо за отличный сервис. Единственный минус-плохо работает кондиционер, но сильно не мешало, т к в комнате есть вентилятор.

GGuest UserРекомендую однозначно!!! А теперь подробнее. Приехали в 4 утра нас заселили без проблем. Утром приятный мужчина представился, сказал что он здесь работает охранником и следит за порядком. В кафе при отеле нам приготовили прекрасный завтрак. Очень вкусно.,Девочки администраторы помогали нам с экскурсиями, помогли забронировать автобус до Дананга. При отеле есть прачка , всего 40.0 Vnd. Велосипеды бесплатно. Ужинали мы кстати тоже в отеле (после прогулки по городу) нам приготовили рыбу и свиные шашлыки с овощами, провели прекрасно время. Чистый и большой бассейн ,который убирают каждое утро. Милый отель и очень заботливый персонал. Если я ещё буду здесь, обязательно выберу этот отель. Спасибо большое персоналу, за чудесные выходные.

GGuest UserThe staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience. The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop. Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy. We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus. Would definitely recommend!

GGuest UserGreat location in Phong Nha, minutes walk to where the bus drops you off. The only good thing other than the location and price was the help the staff provided with logistics. Diep was very helpful arranging transportation for us, even on her day off. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star hotel, not sure if that is accurate. The hostels in the town looked much nicer, listed as 2 stars, but we are a little bit older and not sure we would fit in with the younger patrons shown in the hostel pictures. Though we wouldn’t have used their large pool due to the rainy weather, it was only half full of water and not usable. The breakfast included in the room price was limited; might want to inquire ahead of time.
