YYuzawa IchikaThe owner was very personality and kept me in touch. I was going to go to the hotel by train from Hue, but the flight was bad, so he told me that I should come by bus from Hue and took a bus ticket. It's thanks to the owner that I didn't get lost on the way. Also, the inn is in nature and is a place where you can calm your mind. There is nothing wasted in the interior, but it is also good and easy to spend. There was a pool in the courtyard. The open structure that you can enter the restaurant from the courtyard is unique and I like it very much. He called a taxi on the way back. The taxi driver seemed to know him, and he came to pick up his luggage inside. The restaurant has a wide variety of food and drinks and tastes good. You can also use only the restaurant. The atmosphere is very at home and I want to use it again.

Rrainy2004Booked in this hotel 2 nights in the improved corner room with a view to the mountains (1 double bed). Of all the listed in the place, only a double bed was true :). The room was normal, on the second floor, with one window and a view to the desert and the neighbouring hotel.
What's good: overall clean, the room has a refrigerator, a fan and a air conditioner, everything is in working condition. The bathroom is a peculiar planning room, but everyone can use it. Water pressure is also normal. Breakfast is modest, coffee cups are tiny. And I love big portions of drinks, so I'm not lucky. Another good thing is the owner helped organize a transfer from/to Dongha for reasonable money, for which he is thankful.
Now what's bad: there's no teapot in the room, and getting hot water in this hotel is simply impossible. If you get up early, like me, you will have to wait for breakfast (7.30) to drink a cup of tea or coffee. At the same time, in the improved corner room with view to the mountains (1 double bed) the teapot is ...
And the cherry on the cake is for those who have finished reading. The big panoramic window of an improved corner room is not for you to look at the mountains out of bed. This is a big public window for everyone in your room :))) So maybe it's good that I got another room.

MMuratOtele vardığımda güler yüzle karşılandım ancak konaklama sürecinde ciddi hayal kırıklıkları yaşadım. Kahvaltı saatleri 07:00–09:00 denmesine rağmen saatinde resepsiyon kapalıydı, görevli uyuyordu. Menü önceden söylenenden çok daha sınırlıydı ve iletişim sırasında gereksiz gerginlik yaşandı. İnternet çok yavaş ve sık sık kopuyordu, çoğu zaman mobil veri kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Oda idare ederdi ama hizmet kalitesi ve saygı açısından çok olumsuz bir deneyim yaşadım. Vietnam’daki en kötü konaklama tecrübemdi.

The hotel is a very nice view of the river and many places to sit and watch it.
We were very comfortable with me, while my bus arrived in Phong Nha very early and I had not booked room for the night during which my bus traveled.

GGuest UserA little far from the center of the village, walking 20 minutes. If the weather is good, it is normal and you can walk. But I got under the rain and went by taxi to the harbor and then the caves closed at all. For those on the bike it is just an ideal option. The yard is beautiful, tidy, the room is cozy and very stylish. Breakfast, dinner can be in the yard, the food is delicious. Overall everything is good

GGuest UserСлучайно забронировали этот отель на 1 день, т.к. в нашем путешествии изменилось расписание автобуса за день до отъезда , в связи с чем мы приехали в Фонгня в 2 утра, а не в 6 как предполагали. В нашем отеле мест не было, поэтому выбрали Golden forest homestay. Гостиница расположена прям на станции слипбасов. Буквально в 5 метрах, что очень удобно Заселили быстро , очень мило встретили, проводили в отличную комнату, где мы выспались без проблем. Большое спасибо за отличный сервис. Единственный минус-плохо работает кондиционер, но сильно не мешало, т к в комнате есть вентилятор.

ААлиса БеличOverall, it's a pleasant place, but I'd like to point out a few things:
1. The location is far from the city center, with few cafes and shops within walking distance. You definitely need a scooter.
2. The room was reasonably clean, but I encountered a couple of cockroaches during my stay, and the sink in the room was leaking. The owner tried to fix it but never quite got it right.
3. The soundproofing is just terrible. The shouts of kids and their parents will surely wake you up at 8 AM.
4. The breakfast is small, but the rental price is very, very low, so we are just grateful for it 🙏
5. The hosts are very nice, and we enjoyed interacting with them.

GGuest UserI can 100% recommend this to anyone!! It’s a very lovely family-run homestay which is located very very well. The staff is nice even though not all of them speak English and the breakfast is delicious as well. What I liked the most where the rooms with the big windows and balconies overlooking the river and the mountains. It was incredible waking up with this view.
The perfect place to stay if you want to rewind.

GGuest UserLoved the little bungalow, super clean (no bugs) which is lovely. The family who own it super welcoming and friendly. Who doesn’t love a comfortable bed and great Ac. All you need when travelling.
Even arranged for us to get a scooter for the days we was there.
If we are ever back we will defo be returning to the bungalows.

GGuest UserPerfect place to stay if you want to be right in Phong Nha town. Personally I prefer being further out in nature but since we stayed here one night to catch the bus to Hue, it was perfect. The pool is great. Staff are super friendly and did our laundry really quickly.
