NNatalitysThe species are amazing! Lovely hosts, the enthusiastic territory, lots of animals. I was delighted!
Just in the house, the house is isolated, the neighbors are not heard, the cows and buvols are walking in front of the terrace.
But it is necessary to be ready for that in the house(room) can be dirty, in three nights never cleaned, and when the settlement was dirty in my opinion.
The number requires general cleaning.
On the one hand, the panoramic windows look on the wall of the neighboring house, on the photo of the room it was not visible, I was not embarrassed, but for someone it could be important.
We slept with open curtains because very beautiful views.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area.
They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely.
I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

GGuest UserСлучайно забронировали этот отель на 1 день, т.к. в нашем путешествии изменилось расписание автобуса за день до отъезда , в связи с чем мы приехали в Фонгня в 2 утра, а не в 6 как предполагали. В нашем отеле мест не было, поэтому выбрали Golden forest homestay. Гостиница расположена прям на станции слипбасов. Буквально в 5 метрах, что очень удобно Заселили быстро , очень мило встретили, проводили в отличную комнату, где мы выспались без проблем. Большое спасибо за отличный сервис. Единственный минус-плохо работает кондиционер, но сильно не мешало, т к в комнате есть вентилятор.

NNikolaiSmAn excellent accommodation option. The hosts are very pleasant and always ready to help. The breakfasts are good; we tried both the sweet pancakes and the omelet. The room matches the description and photos perfectly, large and clean. The pillows and blanket are very comfortable. The location is a little off the pier, but not far away. Restaurants are right next to the hotel.

GGuest UserA little far from the center of the village, walking 20 minutes. If the weather is good, it is normal and you can walk. But I got under the rain and went by taxi to the harbor and then the caves closed at all. For those on the bike it is just an ideal option. The yard is beautiful, tidy, the room is cozy and very stylish. Breakfast, dinner can be in the yard, the food is delicious. Overall everything is good

GGuest UserThe rooms were so lovely, they were modern and clean! The location was amazing, overlooking a river and the mountains. We used the bikes and paddle boards that the location had which was a added bonus! The owners were so lovely had checked up on us and cooked breakfast every morning.

FFeatherman PeteClosed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon.
Good breakfast.
Great location for bus services.
Poor customer service for tourist amenities.
Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting.
I left before staying my second night.
I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete

GGuest UserPerfect place to stay if you want to be right in Phong Nha town. Personally I prefer being further out in nature but since we stayed here one night to catch the bus to Hue, it was perfect. The pool is great. Staff are super friendly and did our laundry really quickly.

GGuest UserGreat location in Phong Nha, minutes walk to where the bus drops you off. The only good thing other than the location and price was the help the staff provided with logistics. Diep was very helpful arranging transportation for us, even on her day off. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star hotel, not sure if that is accurate. The hostels in the town looked much nicer, listed as 2 stars, but we are a little bit older and not sure we would fit in with the younger patrons shown in the hostel pictures. Though we wouldn’t have used their large pool due to the rainy weather, it was only half full of water and not usable. The breakfast included in the room price was limited; might want to inquire ahead of time.
