The Royal Oak Burford
"If you want to talk to the staff don’t bother, very in polite no people experience. My husband and I went to the Royal Oak on recommendation from another couple we met in there the day before, the in experienced bar staff were extremely unfriendly, a lot of money for both food and drink over priced for the service."
The Lamb Inn
"A fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of character, with views of the street. Breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect—peaceful and picturesque, yet close to the main sights. We would love to come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting the area."
Inn for All Seasons
"The facilities are decent, clean and hygienic, but it's very busy and always crowded; you have to queue for breakfast."
Travelodge Burford Cotswolds Hotel
"After being to my father's funeral and staying at the travel lodge bracknell, this hotel was like staying at the hilton in comparison! Caroline was absolutely amazing and changed rooms to ground floor for us, due to disability and having 2 dogs. The room was light, v clean, plenty of towels and pillows. We only stayed the one night but I would highly recommend staying here. Caroline Is a credit to your company. 5 stars !"
Priory Tearooms Burford with Rooms
Prince of Burford
"The room is a bit small but fully equipped. The waiters are very nice. The only problem is that there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage upstairs. The food in the restaurant is delicious😋"
The Bay Tree Hotel
"The room was a beautiful suite on the second floor of a historic cottage. There was a lovely garden outside the restaurant, and the sunlight streaming in during breakfast was delightful! All three staff members were friendly and efficient. A very good stay."
Burford Lodge Hotel - Adults Only
"Apart from the excellent location at Burford right onto the Oxford Road, Burford Lodge has plenty of parking and just stroll a few paces into this beautiful Boutique Hotel. A wonderful, warm welcome and full explanation of everything available, we were shown to our room with everything that we could possibly need for a comfortable stay and sound nights sleep. Loved the decor, coffee making facilities, bathroom & shower with plenty of towels provided. We slept soundly with the windows open and never heard the overnight rain, waking totally refreshed and ready for an incredible, perfectly cooked breakfast with juice, cereal, toast, Full English with a choice of eggs and filtered coffee. A wonderful, tasty and relaxing start to the day. The Staff/Owners were extremely Welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay and totally deserving of a Full 5 Star Review. I Highly Recommend the Burford Lodge and will definitely stay here again.⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
Burford House BH
"It is located on the main street of Burford. If you come by car, you can easily get on the main street. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious, so I highly recommend it. At night, it becomes a very lively restaurant, including locals. It is very lively. I stayed in May, and the weather was very good and I was able to spend a refreshing time. The room we stayed in was a twin room, but it was very spacious and had a beautiful bathroom, so I was very satisfied. Because it is a historic building, the floor is a little tilted, but I highly recommend it to those who can appreciate this character. I think it is a good value for money accommodation."
