"We really enjoyed our stay. Karin, the owner was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room had a tv, fridge, wifi, and a very comfy bed. The bathroom had everything we needed and the property had great parking and lots of space to spread out. Will definitely stay again when we visit the area."

"Finding this location for my healthy beverages workshop was an answer to prayer. Fernando and Melanie were kind, helpful, and thorough in their communication leading up to the event. The attendees were in awe of the beauty of the kitchen. The layout of space was absolutely perfect for the needs of the event. I can't say enough positive things about how this property and its owners brought enjoyment to everyone involved in the class. My very high expectations were met in every way. "We picked the hotel for its location, it overlooks the lake and has great views. The room is decent. They could have a better ventilation, as it gets pretty suffocated especially when the windows are closed. Breakfast service was very slow. There were only two people managing a full house. Gym is decent. The hotel staff is friendly. Food is decent. They could do better with the complimentary coffee they provide in the lobby in mornings."

"Karen is my all-time favorite innkeeper. She not only has a lovely B &B with great breakfasts, but she also knows just how much to socialize with her guests and how much to leave them on their own. Of course, it helps that she is such a likable person to begin with. I do hope we'll get back to Canandaigua for several reasons, but mostly to enjoy a stay again at Oliver Phelps."

"We stayed for 2 nights in this excellent B&B. It’s a beautiful historic house where the decor has been expertly styled to give it a mid-century/contemporary feel. The buffet breakfast is delicious and includes home made granola and home made yoghurt with fresh,seasonal fruit, along with bread me home made cake. Valerie and Jason are going excellent, welcoming hosts. If we return to this town we would defintely stay here again."
