"When I got to the room it was 77 degrees in my room and the air conditioning was so slow I’d didn’t cool down until about midnight. Room service didn’t come and the breakfast was below average. Sad to say this wasn’t a pleasant stay."

"Warm welcome with a proseco..perfect way to set a great tone! Loved the Trailside cabin. It was decorated absolutely beautifully! The breakfast was delicious & the servers were lovely. It would be really nice to have crackers & cheese out at the bar. I was called at 10:15 pm to get my credit card info. It really scared me to have the phone ring loudly as I was sound asleep....should have waited until morning. All and all we loved it!"

"So happy to find this beautiful new Hotel Indigo! The hotel sits directly across from a scenic overlook, so the views from the restaurant are great. Everyone at this hotel was very welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Liz, who really went out of her way to welcome us and our pup on arrival. The lobby at this hotel is very inviting with sofas and tables with lots of natural light. Fresh flowers throughout were an unexpected surprise as well. Our room was comfortable and modern, so happy to have a tub which is rare these days! The bed was very comfortable and the TV was user friendly. The restaurant prepares breakfast from a menu during the week and a breakfast buffet on the weekends. Prefer the ability the choose our breakfast from a menu. Plenty of parking with some electric vehicle chargers as well. We had a mini fridge and ice on our floor which was nice. Would be great to have a microwave for warming up tea and snacks. We came to ski locally and were surprised to find 5 ski areas fairly close. Lots of restaurants and a charming downtown. This hotel will become one our go to places in the future."

"This hotel is a bit like a B&B, with three-story villas and parking for 7-8 cars in the yard. It's popular with seniors. Room service ends around 5 PM, and keys are left in an envelope at the front desk with your name on it. Breakfast is available by registering your room number and number of guests on the breakfast sign-up sheet near the front desk. The rooms are decorated in a very American country style, offering ample space, though the showers are a bit small. There's no elevator, so guests with large suitcases should prepare their belongings for the night in advance, as carrying large suitcases up and down the stairs can be tiring. The breakfast was delicious, with four options available. Restaurants and bistros are located nearby, making it convenient for exploring Baishan National Forest."
