The hotel has a nice environment. This is not my first time staying there. The room is also very hygienic and has a bathtub🛁 where you can take a bath. This time, I would like to especially thank Xiao Xiong and two other girlfriends at the front desk, a man and a woman. Their fingernails were broken. It was late at that time and the nearby clinics were closed, so they immediately took band-aids to help disinfect and bandage them. Later, they discovered after checking out. My girlfriend forgot her gold necklace in the room and called us again and finally returned the necklace to us. We are really grateful🥹

Fabulous hotel. Great interior decoration. High quality furnishings. All the staff from concierge, to front desk to housekeeping are extremely helpful and key staff speak English. The rooms are beautiful, well decorated and high quality bedding. It is very quiet and comfortable. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, teapot and free use minibar. The room has an excellent hairdryer and steamer for clothes. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast is top. There is a lovely roof garden to enjoy tea on a sunny day. It is a 10 min taxi ride to Chengdu east station and the hotel is located above the MixC shopping complex.

Butler Xiaohuan's service is superb and considerate. Basically all the requirements are met. She also gives welcome fruits and desserts. I hope I can upgrade my room type next time I stay! The soundproofing of the room is a bit not good, maybe the neighbor's TV next door is a little loud! The overall feeling of staying here is pretty good! Recommended!

新開的酒店，服務挺好的，早餐還較豐富新鮮。我的大床房，朋友的標間，房間不算大，但是特別乾淨整潔。最主要是太方便了，就在東郊記憶園區裏面，辦完事樓下轉了下，逛街買東西喝咖啡什麼都有，旁邊走幾分鐘有條美食街。看了攻略找的兩家餐廳都很不錯。恰好昨晚看大家在排隊，才知道園區有個什麼明星演出，想去湊熱鬧結果沒有買到票。反正覺得很滿意，今天打車去東站坐動車也就十幾分鍾，也很近。非常推薦，下次出差還住這裏，可以順便玩兒了哈哈哈

Because I was working in Oriental Memory Plaza, I searched for nearby hotels and chose this hotel that was just built last year. The subway is just outside the door, and there are many restaurants nearby. The transportation is very convenient. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Dongjiao Memory and 25 minutes to take the subway to reach the panda base. The Polytechnic University is nearby. If you have time, you can experience the university campus. The hotel is built facing the street, and you need to take the elevator to the lobby on the second floor to check in. New hotel, intelligent control, all facilities are new, very clean and easy to use, the room has no smell, simple and bright. I especially like the teapot and cups for boiling water, they are very tasteful. The only drawback is the air conditioning. After staying for a few days, Chengdu was very cold and the air conditioning in the room was not powerful. I asked the customer service and they said it must be adjusted to 30 degrees with maximum air volume. Even then, the room temperature only reached 23 degrees. However, as temperatures rise, this problem becomes negligible. There are not many breakfast varieties, but the variety is complete enough to meet my picky standards. All in all, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.
