"The service was good, and the food was tasty. To our surprise, we ordered 13 portions of churrasco and only received 4 small trays. Clearly, we were still hungry, so we ordered 2 more. Still hungry, we called the manager and asked how many ribs each portion contained. He told us between 6 and 7, which, according to him, should have meant 15 x 7 = 105 ribs. We each counted our own ribs and totaled 65. We were completely dissatisfied and will not be returning to this place. Our calculations showed that each rib cost 195/15 = €3/piece"

The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile on their face, which made all the difference. Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the cleanliness: everything was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, transmitting comfort and security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay."
