"I really loved the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and space of the comfortable room, super comfy bed and sheets. Complimentary breakfast is quite decent, but sometimes some of the staff came off a bit rushy or rude. Front desk staff was awesome, and maintenance fixed any issues super quick, and the maids are quick and nice and do a great job with cleaning, but maybe missed some vacuuming. I loved the lounge, you got to mingle and the other people staying are super chill and nice and quiet at night. Great pool and spa and gym and courtyard too."

"The room was very spacious for our family. The housekeeping was very helpful. Fastest check in and out ever! Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The pool was heated and huge. Though bedroom slippers were not available but shaving kit was available upon request. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our first visit in NC!"

"The lobby bar has Starbucks coffee and tea for purchase. The room is spacious and clean, and looks quite new, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy when it is working. I don't know what's wrong with the fire alarm system, which is very disturbing. It went off in the afternoon, evening, 5 am, and 7 am during the two days of stay, and the duration varies, but there was no fire."

"It's definitely the cheapest hotel you can find around Duke. You can take a bus from the airport to the hotel (remember to ask the driver for a transfer ticket when transferring), which costs $2.50 compared to $50 for Uber. If you're going to the Duke campus, it's a 20-minute walk to another bus stop; just follow Google Maps or the transit app. There are fast food restaurants and supermarkets right outside the hotel. These are the good points. The bad point is the hygiene. The room had a strong odor upon entering, making it seem unhygienic. I later discovered it might be due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. Overall, the stay wasn't great, and the smell made me think other areas might not be very clean."

"If misrepresentation was Red Roof at Triangle park was a thing… 1st room-hair on bed… top blanket dirty, visual crumbs on floor, tub brown and peeling paint 2nd room- Queen standard.. paid for king standard-empty soda can under bed, ceiling water damage, old light fixtures still up and discolored, poor workmanship all over, bathroom smelled of urine, old piece of cut carpet for a rug that was visibly dirty 3rd room-condom wrapper on side of bed, nightstands look as if they were pulled out and not rearranged, Ada room, lock broken, two shower spouts but only one worked… bedroom phone not working, after talking to desk about late check out 11:30 which was approved… mom and dad knocked on door twice 10:30 then 11:15. ?? Only Waffle House and BP close, ice machine broken, vending machine with everything cancerous, front lobby no water just regular coffee and simple cups Somebody open a bed and breakfast close to the airport that’s decent the other hotels were worse… just stay with family.. I didn’t spend much but I think I want my money back! I did not like this hotel and I expected better because of the representation but they clearly gave me 3 aweful rooms!"
