His telephone etiquette was outstanding, and he handled the entire conversation with patience and confidence. He clearly explained everything, including the room booking and accommodation for our driver, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. When we arrived at the hotel, I was so impressed with his service that I personally shook his hand and thanked him. His warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel valued from the very beginning.
