Las Condes Hotels with Gym

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

Overall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.

Except that several front desks are not professional enough, everything else is good There is a front desk that is particularly good Breakfast is very good Location is not bad The room is not bad I hope everyone is lucky enough to meet the good front desk staff

The hotel is in a great location with a retro design and great service in the lobby and bar

The trip to Chile is a perfect ending. If you have the opportunity to come to Santiago, Chile, I highly recommend staying at this hotel: Hotel Las Condes Regal Pacific Santiago. There is a subway station downstairs. It only costs 10,000 pesos to take TransVip's ride-sharing service from the airport to this hotel, which is very convenient. There is a place to change money across the street, as well as KFC, a pizza shop, a 24-hour restaurant, and the hotel's own restaurant La Fattoria is also of high quality. The most important thing is that this area is very safe. When you open the window, you can see the snow-capped mountains not far away🏔️ Service: The check-in time in the hotel reservation instructions is 15:00, but I arrived at the hotel at 10 am. The waiter at the hotel front desk was very nice and helped me check in early. The breakfast buffet on the first floor of the hotel is very rich.

Maybe because of the conference, the rooms were full, so the price is a bit high, more than 3000 a night, but other than being a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it, the service is very good, the facilities are also good, and the scenery is pleasant. Oh, by the way, the breakfast is not good, there are too few things, even the cherries mentioned by other guests are not seen, there are only very limited ordinary fruits.

It's a hotel just to spend the night. Do not expect any attention from the staff, like being on your honeymoon and a bottle of champagne as a courtesy, or a nice views from Tower C.

This stay was for a business trip. I stayed for one night. The floor was high and very quiet. It is in the eastern part of Chile (rich area). The environment is very good. It is next to the most prosperous luxury mall in Santiago. The transportation is convenient. There are all kinds of famous brands, shopping malls, supermarkets, nightclubs🪩, steak houses, and international cuisines around... The only thing I feel is that the hotel facilities are a bit old and the bed is a bit soft, but the overall feeling is still good. The breakfast is also rich, with various breads, yogurts, fruits, and coffee☕️ Overall, I am very satisfied with this trip🧳Stay

This is a good hotel. It is very convenient to eat and supermarket nearby. The room is also very clean. The only drawback is that if the room is close to the road, there will be some noise from the road in the morning. But overall it is OK. The breakfast is OK.
