This was the last stop of our trip with my wife and kids. After over a week of self-driving, we were completely worn out. We booked the Dongying Tongrun Hotel via Ctrip. Parking was incredibly convenient, with both above-ground and underground lots, and even EV charging facilities nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and incredibly patient with our kids. The room was comfortable and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel our family stayed in during this trip. It was a wonderful place to spend our last night before heading home, and we rested very well. Next time we visit Dongying, whether for business or a family holiday, we will definitely choose Tongrun again.

The hotel staff really work hard; no matter what time it was, they were always around, greeting us warmly every time we saw them. Even with how busy they were, our butler helped wash and dry our wet clothes and returned them to us. When we checked in, they even gave us sand toys, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's information sheet was super helpful and solved all our big questions. We'll definitely be back for the October holiday!

When checking in, Xiao Jing's warm smile and efficient handling of the procedures, combined with her detailed explanation of the hotel facilities and local area guide, instantly enhanced our travel experience. Throughout our stay, Sister Cao's meticulous care in housekeeping was incredibly touching; our room was always impeccably clean and organized. Whenever we met, she would proactively greet us and offer assistance, making us feel right at home with her attention to detail. Their professionalism and genuine dedication perfectly embody the true meaning of 'light luxury service.' They deserve a special commendation!
