lovejill12345I came to Sanya and stayed at the Indigo Lingshui first. I was really impressed by the hotel's design, and the room was incredibly spacious. The breakfast had a great variety, and our butler, Ivy, was very attentive, even bringing us a delicious blueberry cake in the evening. The value for money for this sea-view room is truly excellent, and the hotel's common areas are perfect for photos. I'm very satisfied!

For this trip, I booked two hotels: Narada and Raffles. Narada definitely offered better value for money. Firstly, having a private pool for each villa was incredibly convenient when traveling with kids. Secondly, the service was excellent; staff were basically on call and addressed our needs quickly. Breakfast was also much better than expected. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it still felt uncrowded, making it a very comfortable place for a relaxing hotel vacation. If I had to pick a con, it would be that the hotel's main restaurant was relatively expensive. However, many seafood restaurants nearby offer free pick-up and drop-off within a 5km radius, so it wasn't a major issue.

Svetlana MoscowToday is our third and a last day at this wonderful, beautiful, and green hotel. Our booking included a transfer from the airport to the hotel. A very polite driver in a large minivan met us immediately upon exiting the airport in Sanya. Our journey was very comfortable. We highly recommend booking a transfer through the hotel. Before our arrival we contacted the hotel about the transfer. We were lucky – the Russian-speaking butler Anna quickly arranged everything and added us to the chat. From that moment the professional and helpful and just a wonderful girl Anna was always in touch, answering all our questions and requests and was always available throughout our stay. A big thank to Anna! The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully maintained, surrounded by palm trees and beautiful greenery. Particularly impressive is the huge, well-kept lawn, which will remain green in the scorching sun. Every detail has been carefully thought out. The hotel is large, but very quiet and peaceful. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, both buffet and à la carte. Every day, there are six types of freshly squeezed juices, plenty of fruit and ice cream. Dishes from the à la carte menu are served quickly. They even have a durian soufflé on the à la carte menu. At 1:00 PM a small buffet snack is available at the western reception. Two coconuts with the hotel seal are provided daily in one room. We booked the Junior Bay Ocean Suite. It's a two-room suite with a larger balcony and a sea view. The room is fully equipped, including a Nescafé coffee machine, robes, slippers, a Dyson hairdryer, scales and more. There's a clothesline on the balcony, which is very convenient. I'm glad this hotel is eco-friendly: water is provided in paper bags, wooden toothbrushes, a wooden comb and paper packaging. The room was cleaned very thoroughly and twice a day! We have never seen anything like this anywhere else. Tea and coffee are refilled promptly. The free minibar is refilled every three days. Now about the sea: there are waves all the time, so there are very few swimmers. But we swam and loved the waves. The sandy beach is very clean, and the sea is a stunningly beautiful color. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and you can always find one. The pools are great, but the depth is only 1.2 meters. This is convenient for children, as well as for non-swimmers. For those who can swim, the pools are shallow. The pools have two waterslides: one for very small children, one for older kids. Sun loungers are always available by the pool. Large beach towels are provided at the pools. There’s a tourist street outside the hotel just a 10-minute walk away with cafes and shops where you can try local food, tropical fruits, and even a shop selling durian, which you can also eat right there. We highly recommend this hotel. We'll definitely come back!

MonikayouyouyaMy stay at Sanyue Hotel in Hainan exceeded my expectations, with a wonderfully relaxing overall vacation atmosphere. The resort grounds are lush with tropical plants, creating a serene environment. It's just a short walk to the beach, and taking a stroll by the sea breeze during leisure time was incredibly relaxing. The room was clean and fresh, with new facilities, soft bedding, and good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly and responsive to requests. The pool water was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety, including many local specialties. It's a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, saving you from constant travel. It's perfect whether you're looking for relaxation or a short getaway. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I visit.

Guest UserThe room offers a full sea view; you can stand on the balcony and look straight out at the ocean. The room was very clean, and they even provided children's toiletries and slippers, plus there's a kids' club. The hotel beach is also excellent, with fine sand that felt even better than Yalong Bay's, though the waves were strong, so swimming wasn't really an option. The hotel's pool area is great, with three pools in total, so there's plenty of space even when it's crowded. Breakfast was good; you wouldn't get tired of it even after three days. The 'mermaid' at the front desk was incredibly helpful and responsive to all requests. Overall, this is the best value-for-money hotel in Tufu Bay.

My ideal hotel:
1. **Smooth Communication**: Pele (the staff member) understood guests well; communication was perfectly fine.
2. **Comfortable Hardware**: Comfy bedding, a spacious bathroom, double sinks... The rooms, starting at 88 square meters, speak for themselves. The privacy design is excellent, and while the garden views aren't stunning, they're perfectly adequate.
3. **Rich and Delicious Breakfast**: Having experienced a breakfast with 7 different egg options, it would take a truly exceptional hotel to rival it... Absolutely fantastic! And they don't stop serving until 11 AM, even at 11:30 AM, there's still food available, which is really great.
👍👍
Of course, there's always room for improvement in the details of management:
1. **Bathroom Trash Can**: The trash can in the bathroom was a bit low-end – a stainless steel flip-top. It looked plain and ugly, and the flip-top made it hard to throw garbage in.
2. **Lack of Assistance**: The 'butler' who escorted us to our room didn't offer to help with our belongings (takeaway food) at all. The room introduction was also very perfunctory (perhaps because I'm an overweight mom with an underage child, looking like country bumpkins in the city, so there wasn't much joy in communication for them).
3. **Billiards Chaos**: Billiards required a reservation (for a billiard competition), but there was no one on-site to organize it. We waited as per our reserved time, but other guests were using the table, and we were told to communicate with them ourselves...
Despite these minor flaws, the positives outweigh the negatives. I'll definitely go back next time I don't have the kids with me. Let the kids take their girlfriends there themselves in the future!

My expectations were not disappointed; it was a truly pleasant surprise. The boathouse has a unique and novel design, making it truly special. Breakfast was abundant, and listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly soothing. The hotel butler was exceptionally attentive, responding super quickly and fulfilling every request. They even provided recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, showing great diligence. Furthermore, the hotel grounds feature charming bridges, flowing water, beautiful flowers, and palm trees—every step reveals a new scenic view. It was a perfect stay.

Comfortable, relaxing, and no crowds. It is a Marriott, after all, and while it's an older property, there are no major issues. Our room opened right onto the pool, and then beyond that, the beach. It was uncrowded, so no need to fight for sun loungers! For the kids, it was beach then pool, pool then beach... as long as they were in the ocean. For the adults, as long as there weren't too many people blocking my view, haha. Breakfast and dinner were good too, and the staff were friendly – high marks all around. A special shout-out to He Cui, who helped us with everything before and after our meals, with such a great attitude!

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended
