GGuest UserThis is my first time staying at the Raffles with my child, even though I've been to Clear Water Bay so many times. It really lives up to its reputation as a classic five-star hotel; the environment and room aesthetics were consistently top-notch, making our holiday incredibly comfortable! It feels like they recently renovated their facilities, and I'm so happy they finally have new hair dryers! 🥲
I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to our dedicated butler, Wendy! 🥳 She was incredibly attentive before and after our check-in, responding super fast to all our requests, big and small. She remembered even the smallest things we mentioned in passing. She's thoughtful, lively, and her service was proactive and heartwarming. I'm still thinking about Wendy's attentive care after checking out. Next time I come back to Raffles, I'll definitely be looking for this amazing butler again!
I'll choose Raffles again next time with my child; the facilities are very well maintained, which gives me great peace of mind. 😘

HhillguideIndigo Clearwater Bay is truly remarkable. The entire hotel feels like an ocean jewelry box hidden by the sea, with pearl arches and wave-like designs everywhere, all exquisitely crafted. It leads directly to a singing white sand beach, creating an incredibly immersive and atmospheric experience. I highly recommend the Lighthouse Seaview rooms; they offer immense emotional value. Compared to the Kimpton, both have their unique charms, but the Indigo is definitely more suited for couples and younger travelers. I also want to give a special shout-out to Summer, a staff member. She was incredibly prompt in addressing any room-related issues and immediately handled my last-minute requests with great care. Her service was attentive throughout, always ready to help. Thanks to her gentle and meticulous care, this vacation was doubly relaxing. With Indigo's wonderful environment and such a warm-hearted staff member, I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Clearwater Bay. And I wish the lovely Summer a happy day every day!

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!
**Brand New Hotel, Top-Notch Quality**
The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

* All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps.

The room was spacious, stylishly decorated, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The service was also very attentive; our butler was responsive, and housekeeping kept everything spotless, even tidying up promptly after we went out. The breakfast was rich and varied, catering to all tastes. The surroundings of the villa were tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely bring my family here again!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and cozy, fully equipped with a garment steamer, refrigerator, and bathtub. The soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent, and the smart door lock provided good security. The floor-to-ceiling window balcony offered a stunning winter sea view with therapeutic sparkling waves. The Westin Heavenly Bed was soft and skin-friendly, providing an exceptional sleep experience, and the entire room was spotlessly clean and bright. The location was excellent. Parker at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful during check-in; seeing we had a child, he proactively offered kids' amenities and even gave our crying child some cookies. He also took the initiative to add me on WeChat, providing excellent service. The concierge, robot delivery, housekeeping, and turndown services were all very attentive. The heated wave pool and kids' club are perfect for families with children, and the gym has a full range of equipment. The breakfast had a rich variety, and the seafood congee and Lingshui sour noodles were surprisingly delicious, while the Chinese restaurant offered authentic island flavors. The WiFi was smooth, and there was free underground parking. Overall, it far exceeded expectations and offered incredible value for money. It's our top choice for a summer vacation in Lingshui, and we'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very private, the pool is beautiful, the sunshine on the beach is lovely, and the hotel service is superb. The gentle sound of water from the central circular fountain is especially pleasant.
The hotel's photo shoot service was absolutely amazing. The photos turned out so well, I couldn't resist buying them! Photographer Da Bai was incredibly attentive to detail and provided patient guidance. Erlong, who helped with photo selection, gave excellent advice and there was no pushy sales. I highly recommend the hotel's photo shoot service; it was truly worth it.
Special thanks to our butler, Monica, for her thoughtful care and excellent service. She even arranged a birthday cake and flowers for my partner's birthday!

MMICHELLNESSMy friend stayed here last time, and we decided to return to this hotel again. We booked a suite because there were four of us, and the price was quite reasonable for the season. It has a large terrace, and sitting out there at night with the sea breeze and beautiful view was lovely. I heard this is the beach where 'Sisters Who Make Waves' was filmed. The beach is private, so there are very few people, and the water temperature isn't cold, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel's breakfast was also good, and the butler service was very attentive. The room cleaning was well done. There's a night market nearby, which is convenient for dining. It's definitely a recommended hidden gem.

If you eat, you can eat in the cafeteria in the school living area, which is very convenient. Very close. There are also restaurants and supermarkets.

GGuest UserThe room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

IIngeliThis is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
